Be very careful! I was told my bloodwork would likely be covered by insurance and they would let me know if there was a problem. They let it go for 6 months and then presented me with a bill for over $ 1200. They also sent the WRONG vial of sperm to a clinic upstate — and while they reimbursed me for the vial — not for my travel or medications or ultrasounds or heartache and missed opportunity. The people are nice but what does that matter when ultimately you get screwed? Check with your insurance before doing ANYTHING!

My significant other came there to freeze a sample for my IVF cycle. They assured us that the sample will be at our doctor’s office within a few days. After a few weeks and multiple phone calls with promises to follow up, I had to interrupt my cycle since no one including Awilda (who claims to be in charge but would not give her full name and position) could tell me when we will have the vials with the sperm.
They don’t return phone calls, their staff is totally incompetent and don’t know what they are doing and on top of that they tried to overcharge us when my partner came there to freeze. We had our blood work for genetics done at our doctor’s office but they insisted they need to do blood work again and charged his credit card without asking. I had to call back and insist they don’t send it out and refund the money and discard the blood they collected for tests that are not needed.
What a mess!!! Stay away and use someone else! You willl regret using them!

First to review ! i came first, ha ha ha. very nice place. Near the river, and Fairway, and a movie theatre. Make a day of it !
