Amazing place for Muay Thai. I have been training here and in the Brooklyn academy for about 4 years now. The instructors are so amazing. Really invested in the students progress. If you train at RGA you will learn from the best. Also training here is very safe, I have never had any injury. Instructors make safety their priority. Also the facilities are very nice.

The best place for Brazilian jiu jitsu in NYC period!!! You get trained by not only great black belts but also UFC champions of the world. All levels welcome from beginners to pros. I was treated same way as st Pierre. I highly recommend this academy to up your game and advance yourself

i’ve been training here for the past week. renzo gracie is one of the world’s most famous fight academies. its the home of renzo gracie and the ifl pitbull. they offer bjj, mma, capoeira, thai boxing, and western boxing.
men and women’s lockers, showers, reception, its all posh. i learned a lot of great technique from the master himself, john danagher who is renowned for his technique. just watching his movement was inspiring, such little wasted movement and effort. all efficient.
everyone there is also super cool and friendly. a great way for new yorkers to stay in shape and work off some of the stresses of a big city, as well as being part of a team and a sport.
