History
Established in 2008.
Red Egg is, from design to menu, a reflection of this trinity along with its reinvention to bring it into the future. Its décor is a modern take of the traditional Chinese tea houses and reveals the diverse intersection of Chinatown, Nolita and SoHo.
«Our mission is to provide those who live, work, and socialize in downtown Manhattan with delicious dim sum tasty Chinese dishes at reasonable prices in a unique modern setting,» says Darren.
