Established in 2010.

Reception Academy was founded in London, England in 2010 with the main objective of offering practical, short courses at affordable prices to those seeking a career in the Hospitality industry.

Meet the Manager

Martin H.

Manager

Martin worked in the Hospitality Industry Worldwide for over 12 years and progressed from Receptionist to Front of House Manager. He was also Front Office Trainer and involved in the implementation of a new front office computer system called OnQ — specific to Hilton. He briefly studied «Teaching» at the University of Hamburg before working at the Radisson Hotel as an apprentice for a period of three years in Germany.
