Always liked their spot in Midtown, except for the crowds. Was hoping for something different on their recent addition and was surprised to see barely anyone inside on a Thursday evening. Wasn’t really hungry, so settled on two beers. Pours vary from 8−16oz for drafts with everything from IPAs to Belgians. Prices depend upon ABV% and how hard it is to find at other bars. Ended up paying $ 16 total for the two drafts, which is priced about right. The service here is super friendly. They changed one of the TVs upon request so I could have the pleasure of seeing the Knicks lose again. Will make the trip back for some food, or probably just drinks.

Best wings I’ve had in New York City. Not overcooked and dry, but also, not so messy I need 20 napkins. Not the hottest, but good flavor. You have to try them! Also, the beer selection isn’t massive, but fantastic! They really focus on quality flavor, and balanced beverages that accurately represent their collective style. Try the American Strong Ale: Breckenridge Holidale. 5 $ at happy hour! And it is awesome!

Not sure why there are 2 hostesses. They just talk to each and the manager but ignore guests coming in. I sat myself down at a table in the back. I left waiting around 15 minutes without anybody coming by to take my order. Very disappointed as it is completely different from the first time I came in about a month ago. Last month: Was seated by a very nice server, again hostess does nothing. Ordered curry fries and Sante fe salad. Both delicious. Great selection of beers also. I hate writing negative reviews but the service has to be better.

The beer selection was good except kegs kept kicking on us. Granted, it was new year’s day so they were probably busy the night before. The nachos someone ordered were terrible. There was no effort put into them at all. The chips were stale. They came out lukewarm. The toppings were lame. They were barely eaten. Nachos are something that can be made well very easily. It’s amazing when bars get them wrong. I’m not even asking for homemade chips but that would be a plus. Would rather have spent my money at The Gingerman.

Finally Rattle N Hum opened near my neighborhood! I was waiting for this place to open!!! They have a great beer selection 40 different kinds of drafts and happy hour! I used to go the 1st one on 33rd St in Midtown East after work. I would recommend this place for people who like to explore many different beers. DEFINITELY this place is my go-to place for drink in Midtown west near bus terminal to kill time and catch up with friends. They have BallastPoint Sculpin IPA on draft! Excited! Also their kitchen opens until 4 a.m.
