Rag & Bone

Great store and service if they don’t have your size or style they will call another Rag&Bone store to check their inventory and you can go pick up the jeans or they will order it for you online. I usually go to the soho one now but both stores are great.

I love their boots Love love! Their «moto» boot is completely classic at least for NYC. The «Harper Boot is almost on the way to being as great.
The staff at this location is friendly and not over bearing– or desperate to make a sale.
I have one or 2 pairs of jeans from RnB and they are pretty okay– but yeah kinda overpriced.

SOOOO happy this store landed in the UWS. And just a block from my apt! I have always loved Rag & Bone and the clothes and shoes are worth the investment. I buy a great jacket every season. And, the Newbury boots are a R&B gold standard. I always wore high heels until I broke my foot in three places… I wore ugly shoots for nearly a year, then bought these to «working my way back» to the big girl heels. Well… guess what… these boots work with everything. I now own 4 pairs of them! It is sticker shock when you walk in there, but if you are looking for a few quality pieces for each season, then make an investment in something of quality. Then, go back at the end of the season… they actually have killer sales… things you might not have paid full price for can get marked up to 70 percent off. And with several stores in Manhattan, you still have a good chance of getting your size. 2 week return policy on regular priced items and sale items are final sale.

I stepped into the store for the first time after my friends recommended them for jeans. In the voice of Joey Lawrence «Wooah.» Their jeans go for $ 200 and up. This was a big step for me when you consider my normal route which consists of BR and Century.
Normally I would feel out of place in a store like this and the sales person would make me feel even more awkward. Melissa, the amazing sales person who helped me pull the correct sizes and styles, was friendly, quick and attentive. I watched her work with multiple customers simultaneously as she pulled sizes, suggested ways to wear an item, or pair them with other items in the store. Why can’t L&T be like this? HAHA
So did I find «the pair?» I did indeed. I LOVE them and I feel like a rock in them.

I don’t know what that person down there from December 31, 2012 is taking about– the customer service at this Rag & Bone is outstanding and It’s the reason why I logged into Unilocal to write this review today!
The girls are all super nice and actually fun– and happy to help listen to what i need and pull suggestions for me– It was one of the more fun shopping experiences I’ve had in a while and am looking forward to going back soon–

Oh… how I love Rag & Bone. and they have to go and open up in my neighborhood which makes it sooo hard to avoid buying something I really don’t need :)
The store is smaller than the one on Christopher Street, but just enough to tease and tempt you with their amazing clothes and style. Service is great and ask for Miranda!
The Upper West Side just got THAT much better because Rag & Bone has arrived! :)
