Finding an apartment in New York is hard, especially if you are traveling from another state and have no idea how the market works. It was really easy working with Ron while my roommates and I were in California. Total miracle worker! I’m a student from california moving to new York for pharmacy school and I needed to find an apt fast. I plannee a five day trip to new york thinking apt hunting shouldn’t be too difficult but that was totally wrong. By day three we found two more options which became my second and third choices. Might I remind you I came straight from a plane to having three options by day three. Ronnie was soo awesome fighting for my number one option but also making sure I would have options to choose from. They said it that they were working some magic to do this for me and they were right. While worrying that none of my applications would be done on time and worrying I may have to change my flight and extend this trip I was completely stressed out but by day 4 I had been approved for three apts one of which was my number one choice. I was soo happy Ronnie and his partner could make this happen for me. I can’t emphasize how much these guys went above and beyond for me. My lease is now signed and I can fly home on schedule at ease. These guys are more than just brokers theyre friends. I completely would recommend Ronnie to anyone. This guy does wonders. Nothing is ever impossible I now totally see because I signed a lease in four days.
