Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Igor Z.

Business Owner

Dr. Zilberman came to the US at the age of 13 already with 8 years of Water Polo and Swimming experience. The swimming classes where he started his athletic career was OPEN outdoors all year long. He remembers a lot of his training vividly, but the most memorable are the ones were in the winter. Dr. Z and his teammates would practice in the pool outside while it was below zero and snowing. This made him resilient and strong at 5 years old and paved the way in becoming a physically and mentally strong individual.

At 15 years old, Dr. Z went to Abraham Lincoln High School in Brooklyn where he joined the swimming team the first day. Being part of Lincoln swimming meant participating in a very rigorous two times per day training protocol, where he continued to work on his swimming techniques and speed. Dr. Z’s favorite style of swimming was breaststroke at which he continues to excel and broke some of the records in the 50 and 100 yard individual races.

At 19 years of age, Dr. Z was accep
