History

Established in 2003.

In June 2003, Allyson Goodman founded Pyramid Consulting Group. With a background in Human Resources and Recruitment, as well as a degree in Organizational Leadership, Allyson has used her entrepreneurial spirit along with her love of recruitment to form one of the fastest growing staffing and recruiting agencies in New York. After acquiring an Accounting and Finance firm in 2014, Allyson has made Pyramid Consulting Group a national, multi-​divisional full service firm. She remains dedicated to working closely with her staff, sharing her advice and knowledge to help nurture the client and candidate relationship.
