Meet the Business Owner

Jaye W.

Business Owner

A young foodie and Texas native with a passion for wine, Jaye has learned to develop a discerning palette that can distinguish a left from a right bank Bordeaux with her eyes closed… mouth ajar. Beginning at the tender age of 13, Jaye began working at restaurants. From diners to decadence, she has worked and trained others at some of the world’s most renown fine-​dining establishments like Dean Fearing’s The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Tom Colicchio’s Craft-​Dallas, No-​Bu at The Crescent and Jean Georges in New York City, respectively. With over a decade of hospitality experience, she is no stranger to the front or back of the house. As a graduate of the International Sommeliers Guild’s she has visited vineyards from Napa, Canada, Bordeaux & Burgundy. She is responsible for the creation of seasonal cocktails suitable for pairings with even the most exquisite cuisine, devising multiple course pre-​fixe and wine pairing menus for various new and seasoned restaurants all over New York City.
