I called regarding our company’s Brother all-​in-​one printer and scanner and received a quote for a technician to come to our office to repair the issue we were having. The issue had to do with out scanner and copier having a grey line down the page. The operator on the phone was very confident that they could fix it, but said that additional parts would cost extra. I was initially worried that he would get here and not be able to fix it and I would be out $ 125 that could be going to a new machine. The tech was able to arrive same day in under an hour and fixed the problem in under twenty minutes. He was an extremely kind and respectful gentleman.
I am very pleased with the service and I highly recommend this company.
