I visited both Soho and this location looking for a specific color in PS1. I was willing to buy a full-​priced item. The salesperson here didn’t seem very helpful. She asked me if I had a budget, and pointed me to sales bags upstairs. I appreciated her taking me to the sale section, but I didn’t appreciate her asking me about my budget. She just didn’t seem very helpful, and seemed to get annoyed a bit at my asking for prices for sale items. This location had less items in stock compared to the Soho location, but they had more sale items. Overall my experience wasn’t that good or informative, I will not be coming back. I walked a few blocks down the street to Barney’s and purchased my desired color PS1 with a very friendly and helpful sales associate. I would recommend this location just to check out sale items if you like PS.

A touch of cool on Madison Avenue! Wonderful customer service and an attentive staff who goes above and beyond to help clients find what they are looking for. Each time I’ve shopped there the experience has been pleasant — they even helped me track down a handbag I’d been in search of for ages.
Add to this that the store itself is gorgeously designed and filled with an array of truly special pieces and you’ve got a real gem.

Unfortunately, they were unable to track down the bag I was after. To be fair, it was a bag from a prior season. I’m giving 3 stars though because I haven’t actually visited the boutique, so I can’t really say much about it. The 3 stars are for the great customer service that I received while trying to locate the bag.
Very sad ending to my search, but appreciative of their efforts!
