I would give them 0 stars if I could. Matt Murray was fired from Rodman and Renshaw years ago and is blackballed on Wall St. and has no connections to get anyone jobs. His teaching is garbage and what he teaches can be quickly googled. He just rehashes some old SEC laws; he doesn’t teach financial modeling. Save your money. Look up his company on ripoff

The instructors at PEFIN aren’t afraid to tell you that their best days are behind them, or excuse the fact that they’re making basic mistakes because they haven’t gotten enough sleep or prepared for class. They may think it’s self-​deprecating humor when they say those things, but after sitting through classes that regularly run 1 – 2 hours beyond the scheduled end time, having instructors forget class entirely and never make it the missed material, and generally waste your time with incredibly inefficient presentation of material, it’s not very funny.
You’ll be carefully kept siloed so that you only interact with one person from the company (your instructor), and if you raise concerns with your experience, you’ll get nowhere. Another student in my class spent months fighting for a refund the company owed him, to no avail. The instructors aren’t old enough to have the 20+ years experience advertised on their website, unless they started their investment banking career at age 8 or 9.
It’s just a sketchy place. The content and instructional style may seem to be what you’re looking for, but it’s not a company you should feel comfortable doing business with.
