Printer Mender

The observation window on the top cover door of my Epson 4900 was down for the count after one of my friends fell on top of it. I was, needless to say, perturbed. Not at the friend, but at fate.
So I called Print Space and asked who they called when they had printer problems and they recommended Will. I gave him a call and to my pleasant surprise he offered a same day solution… at 6 o’clock in the evening on a Saturday! He was able to take the identical part off of one of his machines and bring it over to me. About 4 hours later (better than the days or weeks I expected) it was good as new and running like a charm.
I hope I don’t have to but I know who to call if the need should ever arise.

Unresponsive, NEVER returns phone calls. I would call someone else if you need immediate attention.
