Print Mor

I found Printmor on Unilocal and am truly thrilled. This is one occasion when I was actually too busy to even go in person to see a mock up. I sent them the .pdf of my cards (designed by a designer), ordered and then arranged for delivery without ever even seeing the card. What was delivered truly exceeded my expectations. I had asked for the heaviest card stock they have, since I love letter press. The stock they used was actually thicker than the prior cards I had, which were made up at a local shop that told me that the card stock doesn’t come thicker. Well, that is not true as I’ve learned. Victor especially promptly handled my emails, email inquiry and then selecting the stock and paper color for me, since I’ve just been too busy to do it. He followed up with me as well when I didn’t get back. A GREAT experience. Highly recommended.

I ordered the chicest private Investigator business cards with gold highlighting. It is Very American Psycho meets Kate Moss meets need a xanax prescription. Im in Love, PLUS they allow dogs in the store and due to rampant anxiety on account of the fact that my therapist broke up with me, I need her at all times. LOVE PRINT MOR BISOUS

Print Mor is hands down the best. They are super responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and skillful. The business cards I needed required a special detail that a dozen other print shops in NYC said were impossible to do. Victor took a look and he instantly said they could do it. I highly recommend Print Mor!

Print mor is our go to print shop at Quotable for things we need on a quick turnaround such as business cards, flyers, signage and more. They are always very responsive and quick to deliver! These guys are awesome. I had some serious design and setup to be done for my print job and their designer Lucas had been a pleasure to work with. He made sure that everything was done the way I wanted to be done at every step of the way even if that means putting in extra hours for him. They were very understanding and accommodating about some last minute changes that I made (my bad!). Eventually everything came out perfect and on time at a very reasonable price. I am so glad I discovered this place. My go to place for all print needs from now on!!!

Victor was a lifesaver getting my MA thesis delivered on time! He was super personable, responsive, flexible and amazing through a very important process for me! I was so happy that he was able to help us on short notice! I can’t be more positive about the experience.

As a Veteran, I can get discounts from just about anywhere for just about anything, to include printing needs; resumes and business cards. However, these guys offered me such a fair and pretty low price for incredible plastic double sided business cards that I wouldn’t have been able to look at myself in the mirror had I asked them for a discount. I’ve used them on 3 different projects this year alone, and plan to continue to use them for all others. There was only one hiccup, due to my neglect of expressing on when I needed new business cards for an event, so I can’t really blame them. Nonetheless they kept me in the loop every step of the way, tried to still get me the cards putting it on rush order, and gave more more than sufficient time warning that it would not be ready, on top off that, provided me with temporary business cards, at no extra charge, from their best quality paper, which saved the day. And lastly to top it off, I was suppose to pick up the business cards when they arrived, but they also had them delivered to me, also at no extra charge. These folks are serious about customer service, and while yes I noticed a bad review, but hey unfortunately you can’t please everyone, especially in New York City. However, I know for a fact that if given the chance these folks will bend over backwards to make and keep the customer happy. It’s a mutual respect, and for the record; the customer ISN’T always right. Just saying. Thanks Print Mor for all of the amazing work. Printmor are a good group of people and easy to work with, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend using them for high-​end printing needs. I sent them an order for 500 business cards with a few custom instructions (matte background, gloss lettering, and embossed logo). I asked to get a test print before putting in the order for the full 500 (a step that any graphic designer will tell you is common sense before printing a large batch), but for whatever reason they were unable to. Seemed like an inefficient process, but I went with it anyway. Sure enough, the first batch came out way below my expectation. Their first strike was being unable to emboss the logo, a service that I would expect from a self-​proclaimed ‘full service print shop’. The second strike was when the gloss texture bled WAY over the boundary of the text, which made the text look messy and illegible. I requested that they reprint the cards, which they did with no opposition, but the second batch came out just as bad. I give Printmor props for being responsive and accommodating, but I think they have A LOT of work to do before they can honestly call themselves a high-​end print shop.

I am a graphic designer. I walked in yesterday to get 10 pages printed for my portfolio (So I needed quality). I always lean to good costumer service, this place was reviewed as both. Quality and good costumer service.
I had the worst costumer service I had ever gotten in any printing service. The asian woman said she would take 15 minutes and If I couldn’t wait I should go and come back or just leave. I said I would wait. After 20 minutes I asked her how much longer would it actually take, she yelled at me back saying she was busy with other stuff and my stuff was on line. If I wanted it she would cancel it and I can just leave the place. She basically kicked me out andI told her she doesn’t need to yell at me and that I had gone there because of the good reviews, she ignored me. I waited and after 5 minutes she gave me my printings. They were ok, nothing out of the world and not bad either.
I also asked her before if she could cut them or if she ahd some machine to cut them all at the same size. She responded very annoyed that she doesnt and If I wanted that then it would cost $ 1 extra for the cutting. I said ok since I trusted she would do a better job at cutting (the lighting was dull) but she argued with it saying This is the cute that I would use, you can also try doing it yourself.
After the way she treated me I had no trust on letting her cut my printings. She clearly was on a horrible mood. No manners at all, only rudeness.
Of course I would never want to be back there. The location is also very weird, it is on an office on the 7^th floor on a building that it is even very hard to find.
Also only PC users, the computers won’t open Mac hard drives, or u can also email the file! so make sure you drag your Mac along with you if you want your files to get to their computers…
As if no designer would be a mac user…

I came to Print Mor to print 4×6 flyers and business cards for my dance company. The prices are affordable, and the device was professional. I spoke with Victor and had both jobs done in four business days. Then when there was a typo with the flyers, they were able to fix the error and have the print rushed in two business days at no extra cost! I will definitely continue doing business with them in the future!

We ordered our embossed business cards and are very impressed by quality of their service and finished product. They are professional, efficient and fast! Even offered to deliver cards once finished because our business location was close by.
All we had at first was just a handwritten sketch of our idea on a piece of paper. Luke who is their graphic designer on-​site helped us developed our idea and did artwork for getting the best solution possible.
Other printing shops we visited while we were comparing and researching either requires us to have our artwork done ourselves (or using our own graphic designer which we didn’t have) or didn’t do embossing. Only Print Mor NYC offered everything we needed at competitive prices.
Victor was very helpful from the very first call I made to inquire about their services. He was pleasant to deal with and very professional. He also helped us with selecting paper and color of ink.

Print Mor Copy Shop is top notch for awesome customer service, great prices, good quality printing, and the ability for fast turn around printing when needed. I’ve really found a good print shop that I can rely on.
So far I’ve had a run of business cards printed here, and most recently, an emergency last minute run of 4″ x 6″ greeting cards with envelopes that needed rush next day delivery to a location out of state. Victor is a pleasure to work with, and I find that each time I send a quote request on the website and then follow up shortly with a phone call, he has already read the request and was ready to tell me pricing and next steps.
When a rush project has to go out the door quickly and in the hands of a client, I am usually nervous to not see a printed proof beforehand to check colors and quality. With this recent rush project, I had to just rely on a digital proof to sign off on and hope that the project turned out as expected. When my client received the cards the next day, she was ecstatic about how great it turned out. She took a picture for me and the product was as high quality as I expected, just as how my first print run with the business cards turned out. Prices are very very reasonable, as well.
I believe if you live/​work in Manhattan, they are able to deliver your prints to you. If that is not an option, you can go to the shop and pick them up in person.

I’ve used Print Mor for several projects, both personal and professional, and have been pleased with the quality of the prints each time. The prices for business cards can’t be beat, and the turn around time is unmatched. Victor is extremely helpful and knowledgable. He worked with me to print some extremely last minute business cards over a weekend. Life saver!
Also, its so refreshing to see a well-​designed user friendly website for a print shop. An easy-​breezy experience from start to finish.
