Dr Pollock is one of the few doctors that I would wholly recommend. He did my son’s ear tubes starting at age 1. He’s a bit quirky in the personality department, but knows his specialty. Once when I asked him a fever question his response was «I only know ears, noses and throats.» I appreciate that he was honest and sticks to his domain expertise.

Dr. Geoffrey Pollack is an intelligent MD and extremely knowledgeable in his specialty. However, the quality of his staff and his limited time to respond to patients in any way (3:30 PM — 4:00 PM) a few times per week makes having him as a doctor unnecessarily stressful. This is also made worse by his secretary/​receptionist has a nasty attitude. Please note that if you have an appointment at any point in the afternoon/​evening during the week, you will need to wait for over an hour in order to see the doctor. I have been to his office 4 times already and I am looking for a replacement to serve as my ENT.
