I love me some Pinkberry. I can’t visit NYC without stopping by once, twice or three times. To some Pinkberry may come off as expensive – BUTITISSOWORTHIT. Every flavor is lip-smacking good. If you have not tried it before you are totes missing out. Notes: They have gluten free options!

The line is always very very long at this pinkberry location. I don’t know what the staff can do to improve on that, but it makes the experience a lot less pleasant. Other than that this location is clean and the staff is helpful.

The yogurt is perfect, but the service is bad. I order the normal yogurt n got some kind of orange one. Have to complaint a lot the get a replacement.

Perfect dessert after our turkey dinner on Thanksgiving day! We chose the chocolate hazelnut flavor with four different toppings — especially liked the mango and fruit bubble ones. But every one mingled itself well with the ice cream base. Ice cream at Pinkberry was not loaded with too much sugar — made me feel not as guilty!

I used to be a regular Pinkberry customer when they had a punch card system where after so many purchases, [10] you would get one free. However, when the time came for my free frozen yogurt, I was told that I was only entitled to a small size. This card system was eventually done away with and we went to computer. i no longer bothered and stopped going. Their competitors were just as good and usually cheaper. It is not to say that I didn’t like their frozen yogurt or their selections. They were flavorful and creamy. However, I passed by recently and they have introduced a blood orange frozen yogurt-i really like this flavor and was offered a free taste. Later on that day, I returned and got one. it was very good. I like their product but it is too expensive to enjoy on a regular basis. A small yogurt with toppings [which you are entitled to] is $ 6.26 with tax. Need I say more…

I’ve never really understood frozen yogurt — when do you eat it, and why spend almost $ 10 for it? But Pinkberry has slowly been luring me in. Even though there are now other frozen yogurt options near Hell’s Kitchen like Off The Wall, I like going here. I keep saying I will treat myself to the chocolate with chocolate toppings someday… guess I’m saving it for something… but I always end up getting a fruity yogurt with fruit. Like peach topped with mango, strawberry, blueberry and almonds. They are generous with the toppings, and staff are patient and friendly.

Great yogurts really fresh toppings. You can sample the flavors. They have gluten free flavors and do not go by the oz pricing. You can use their rewards card my cost after my card redemption was 1.26 for my desert

First time for me at pink berry and it was delicious! They had four gluten free flavors, the top four in the picture I posted. I picked the peach which is gluten and dairy free. Fresh fruit toppings. They have fixed prices for each cup size and topping are also an add on, was pick what you want and as long as it fits in the cup that is considered a topping. Staff was helpful and the place was clean. About 5 tables to eat in, if you prefer. They have a rewards card and app, well worth it as tonight my friend got a medium with toppings for 1.50!

I loves me some Pinkberry. Featured flavors come and go(and I sample all), but I most always return home to the Original Tart. Speaking of, all other yogie shops try, but fail, to mimic the Tart. This, my Unilocal friends, is The Tart. Location Specific: Manhattan-5969th Ave(42nd&43rd) =========================================== It’s a popular place, with lines 10 or more people long. The 6 tables they have are almost always full… so ask to share a spot if you dare. Nice service! A decent yogurt place is hard to find in NYC. That’s why, for my moola, I count on Pinkberry — a solid performer each and every time!

What can I say but YUM’ I’ve been to so many froyo places and this was great. It’s not self serve but they pile on to toppings. Yes it was a little expensive but what do you expect in NYC !

I stopped by for a small yogurt with raspberry and strawberry toppings. I think it was a limited edition cocktail flavor yogurt, I’m not 100% on that. Service was quick, product was standard Pinkberry, and I left content.

They now have a mango flavor which is dairy free! A great news for lactose intolerant people. It’s a brand new flavor that just came out.

This place is amazing. Original is Tart and Delicious. The other flavours are just as good. I know that lots of other places have DIY yoghurt but I like being served sometimes. Yes, I know… there are some servers that are stingy when it comes to doling out the toppings but so far, after two visits I was very happy with the amount I got. Also, you can control the amount you buy and eat when they serve you. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve gone into Menchies and walked out with a 10 $ purchase when all I wanted was a little bit of Froyo. Love it.

Friendly staff and clean facility. The last time I went to Pinkberry was over 5 years ago. I had no idea they had all these different flavors now. I really enjoyed the Mango & Vanilla Bean flavors. Fruits were fresh and there are a good variety for toppings. This location can deliver through Seamless, cool!

Order from this location through seamless if you would like to donate your money to people that can’t be bothered to tell you that they won’t be delivering your order. Ordered delivery at 8pm after finding out that they’re on seamless. The delivery estimate was 30 – 40 minutes. A little long for pumping out some frozen yogurt and delivering 4 blocks away but I guessed that they were busy. 9pm comes around and I start to worry that maybe they forgot to put in my order so I give them a call and they say that it’s on it’s way. Then two seconds later they say they’re waiting for a delivery guy to come back. Okay… I guess I could wait a bit longer. 9:30pm I call back again and a guy answers saying they’re busy and he has 5 orders in front of him and none of them are mine so it must be out then hangs up on me. 10:30pm I call back and this time the phone is handed off to a girl… Hayley?(not sure of the name) and she says that they stopped delivery 30 minutes ago and that my order must be out on it’s way since she has no more deliveries left. Then proceeds to tell me that she’ll give me half off because I waited so long. And that I should expect a confirmation email shortly. A little past 11pm I call seamless because this was a little ridiculous for some frozen yogurt. The customer service rep told me that a half off discount was never put in. Then he tried to call pink berry himself to find out what was happening and they didn’t answer because they were closed! He told me that sometimes they deliver even after they close. But that never ended up happening. Thankfully he refunded me the money because the store was obviously not going to refund me.(BTW they have a $ 1.50 delivery fee) In the end, I’ve learned through at least 3 different people that I spoke to on the phone with at this pink berry location that they do not care about paying customers. Or delivering the goods that have been paid for already.

OMGYUMMYYUMYUM We all know Pinkberry is awesome, do we need to review it? I don’t know, but the chocolate churro was so divine. Oh my! Very nice people work here, I just love this place!

This is a pretty average pinkberry. Came here on a Thursday afternoon and ordered a medium original yogurt. The girl who took my order didn’t seem to want to take my order too much and didn’t make me feel wanted in the store. But there wasn’t even anyone in the store… other than that, the yogurt was good. Tastes like every other pinkberry!

What a rip off… I just spent 11 for a medium including tip and got less than half this yogurt wripp off. Never ordering pinkberry again. Over priced for nothing!!!

This place is a little perplexing for me. The yogurt’s fine. It’s what you expect for yogurt, but the service is not great. I was with my brother and when he asked for a top to cover his yogurt, the girl rolled her eyes and sighed like he just asked her to give him blood. I get that that’s not what she expected to be doing with her life, but she’s still in customer service.
