Shelly does my eyelash perms. I have long lashes but they don’t curl. She does a great job just make sure to tell her how you like you lashes (mine with a medium curl but not curled too much in). They came out perfect and she’s a great women.

Bought an awesome Lifebooker deal and am glad I did! As a first timer to airbrush tanning I wasn’t sure what to expect despite reading endlessly on the process plus before and aftercare. My tech (Caroline?) was friendly and made me feel totally comfortable. My tan came out to a great tone and was even. They have evening hours which is great and it’s close enough to work that I could go during lunch or immediately after work. Their prices are competitive with other salons in the area, plus they have good deals.

I give this place credit for working around my schedule to accommodate me and being incredibly pleasant and quick. However, I was not thrilled with the results. My heels came out a muddy orange color. The last place I got a custom spray tan I put lotion of my ankles, knees, elbows, etc. I asked for a little color, not a lot, and I looked incredibly dark. I didn’t check my tan before I left, mistake #1, but when I passed by some mirrored windows, my heart sank. After I showered, the next day, I looked less brown, but still quite odd. The tan lasted for a few days, it probably would have lasted far longer had I not scrubbed and scrubbed on the 4th day to get back to a uniform color. Maybe I just needed more time in front of the fans, but it was not nearly as good as a previous custom spray tan I’ve had before. I’m no tanning expert, but at an advertised price of $ 90 on lifebooker, I of course used the deal for closer to $ 25, I really had higher hopes for this place. In a pinch it was fine, as I just needed some color before I went on vacation. I thought the customer service was good, as was the space. The actual execution and results of the tan left something to be desired.

I am extremely disappointed with Pink Sands. I have been there twice. The first time was excellent… the second time, the owner, who’s name is Jan, I believe, carelessly did my airbrush. It left me uneven, with barely a tan on my legs at all and wore off in a day. She was obnoxious and careless. I then decided to give it another try as long as the woman who did my first airbrush was available. I bought a lifebooker deal for the second time. I called to make an appointment and was rudely told that I couldn’t use my lifebooker because it was for first time clients only. The woman on the phone mocked me and was so inappropriate. As a person who also works in customer service, I was shocked by how rude she was. Lifebooker made the mistake in selling me the voucher… it wasn’t my mistake. What a headache. I will NEVER refer anyone to Pink Sands ever again.

I wish I could give one star. The technician (young, blonde) was so incredibly rude I was absolutely stunned. I hope the owners know what a bad reputation this employee is creating for their business. The light glow tone is actually pretty good, but I will never go back when clients are treated so rudely. Try Brazil Bronze– they are always busy but always respectful and kind to clients.

Terrible. I was so orange that it was embarrassing plus the owner who sprayed me missed the backside of my arms so there was a large 4×8 patch of pale while skin on each arm plus a patch on my left cheek that somehow didn’t get «tan» either. The spray collected in the cuticles of my toes and made them look rusty orange and my feet were blotchy and stained. I had to soak them in the tub and scrub with a wash cloth to try and get some of the dye off so I could wear sandals.
I get airbrush tans regularly and love the result~This was simply terrible on every level.
I agree… Save your money, I could have done a better job myself with a drugstore product.

I purchased the Custom Airbrush Tan for Pink Sands off of Lifebooker for $ 25. I called the salon to see if I could get an appointment for some time the next week and after some negotiating, the lady on the phone was able to fit me in at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening.
I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and could tell that the appointments (most likely due to the promotion) were back to back. I only had to wait a couple of minutes and filled out a new customer contact form until Tamara took me in.
This was my second spray tan experience and my first custom airbrush one (my last disatrous spray tan was done in the automatic booth 4 years ago and I was afraid of them since, but figured a custom airbrush, where someone does the spraying, would be better).
After being handed a piece of dental floss (disposable thong), shower cap and sticky, fly paper like strapless foot pads, Tamara was ready to spray me. She was incredibly friendly, applied vaseline to my finger and toenails and made the otherwise awkward experience very calming. I asked to go medium and if I remember correctly I was sprayed with 2 coats.
The results were pretty much immediate. My face was tan and glowing and I looked like I lost 10 pounds. I was so excited until the next day I noticed my legs were orange and my feet were brown. I thought my face and upper body looked good (with the exception of my brown right elbow), but the legs were pretty scary and reminded me of the first dreaded spray tan I had. After two days, the color pretty much faded and I’m back to my fair self.
I think the promotion is a good deal (I overheard a staff member say that the custom airbrush is an $ 90 value) and it did look okay (maybe it would have been different if only one layer was done on the legs/​feet?). I did receive compliments and felt that the tan looked good in pictures as well.

I went there this afternoon for a spray tan with Hannah & I must say I have been getting spray tanned for the past 5 years & out of all the places in the city this is HANDS DOWN THE BEST SALON OUT! Everyone greeted me with a smile & the salon was super clean & bright. The airbrush tech was very knowledgeable & efficient. The best part is the solution… it has rosy undertones not orange like everywhere else so you are left with natural looking beach tan. They have 3 different levels so they cater to everyone.
When I first called to make an appointment & was put on a brief hold I could tell they were very busy which is great! I was able to use my Lifebooker with no problems! This salon will be around forever with their great customer service. I will be recommending this salon to everyone for every occasion.

Well I heard ALOT of great things about this place and I went tonite for the first time.
i recently got a very bad dark orange spray tan at beach bum, and managed to exfoliate and dove soap the color off my face, but my body is still very dark… so I wanted to respray my face in a good place so as to have some color to match my body, but also because I want to be tan!!! I mean its summer… So being that this place has such a great rep I called and was able to beg the owner (I think she’s the owner) to please just spray my white face… and even though she was totally booked she said to come by anyway after work.
Upon entering, the place is extremely clean and bright!!! No weird smell or anything either. Just really clean. The receptionist was cheery and very sweet even tho, it’s a «known place» No snooty attitude at all. The owner came right out and was very down to earth also. Very nice. I ran into the bathroom to wash my makeup off and exfoliate and then came right out and into the tanning room. Very clean room. Simple and clean. I’m big on clean lol. The spray tanner/​owner (?) came in and there was no delay. She quickly moisturizer sprayed me and then spray tanned me. Whole process was very short. She also contoured my cheekbones with the spray!
I came out and was pleased and she offered me a deal to come back and get my whole body done once the beach bum disaster wears off.
My whole experience was EXTREMELY positive:)). Now I have the solution on my face which I’ll wash off in a few hours, then ill update here.

Totally met my expectations. I hadn’t done a custom airbrush tan before and hadn’t done a spray tan in about 6 years. The technician was very nice, thorough and made the awkward naked part much easier. It was easy to book an appointment and no long wait once I was there. Clean place, water and little candy bowls in the waiting room were a nice touch. I walked out with a nice tan and tips to make it last. Hope it stays for a few dad! It’s a great color and even and natural!

Went in last week for a spray tan with my roommate using living social vouchers… We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and tan thereafter. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Tan turned out great, and held up well for days. Would recommend them to anyone!

After my first review they called me back to inform me that they are willing to let me come back for another trial on the house to rectify the first tan. I thought it was very nice and professional, showed that they really care about their clients. I have not been unable to do so due to wedding and then honeymoon right after. I will give them a call back when I return and update the outcomes! 4 star on customer service!

Just went in this morning for my first spray airbrush tan with Pink Sands. JR was great! She was really nice and explained the process prior to application. She did 2 coats, had me dry and then did 1 more coat.
My color looks great and natural, not orange like other spray products.
My roommate went last night and after showering this morning she looked perfect! I can’t wait to see my finished product tonight.
Will definitely be back!

Before attending a wedding, I purchased a deal through LifeBooker for a sunless tan. Hannah helped me and I couldn’t have been happier. She made me feel comfortable (not easy given the circumstances!) and was really kind and thorough. My tan lasted a full week, although it started fading in the few days. I felt confident for the wedding – worth the splurge! It’s pricey, but I highly recommend if you have a big event.
