Established in 1991.

The Physicalmind Institute was started in 1991 in Santa Fe and was called the Institute of the Pilates Method. It was the first organization and market of Pilates. At that time, there were about 200 Pilates teachers in the world. Now there are several thousand.

I came here for a complimentary tye4 pilates class. The studio is really nice and it has a ton of windows, lots of space and wooden floors. The whole experience felt really great. The environment was nice and the teachers were great.
If you get a chance to check this place out, I highly recommend it. It’s a great place for pilates and you’ll get a good workout too!
