I’m sorry that, aside from mine, this place only has one review and it is a one star. I’ve been coming here for two years for my framing needs. The owner is kind, patient, and doesn’t try to sell me on the super expensive framing. She cares about conducting her business the right way. Sometimes, I’ll come by and there will be one or two families in line in front of me that she is helping. I’m happy to come back later in the day because I know that I will get the same attention when it is my turn.

What a terrible place. I went there to get a passport photo taken for a Canadian passport, I gave them the dimensions as listed on the website (because it’s different that US photos). He gives me the pictures, I ask about the dimensions because they seem off. He assured me that it was okay and they followed the dimensions listed on the website. I go to all the way Canada and they tell me the pictures are not good. I go back to the place, tell them exactly what the Canadian passport office said was wrong with the photo. They try to tell me that the pictures are fine. I ask for a refund, they said they don’t do refunds and they’ll give me the pictures back with the proper dimensions. So I waited 15 minutes to get the same terrible quality pictures now photoshopped. Just go to rite aid or another place to get your photos taken. It’s a shame because I prefer to support small businesses. But this one is just so shitty.
