I went through the 5 day «secretive» training… while it unravels a lot of personal things for me… this is clearly psychosis. be careful of how far you take this.

I was disappointed with PD. Lance was lying to everyone who came to guess events. Not worth the money.

Then click on the «Large Group Awareness Training (LGAT)» Lots to read but well worth it. This alone will open your eyes. the more you read of this subject the more you will understand what is going on. It really is amazing what is happening. Also read «EST; Landmark Forum; Landmark Education» and «Lifespring»…Remember, the friends and family that try to pull you in think they are doing right by you but they are simply not informed.

This training program changed my life for the absolute better. I was already in a good place in my life. A great steady well paying job with benefits, a good body, and pretty good relationships. Now things are even better, and even more clear for me, and I know am very clear on whats next for me.
On that note, heres the deal–
Its a kind of program that you go into with an idea of what really matters to you that you dont have yet in your life. Its something that you go into if you want to change anything in your life for the better. It supports you in creating better relationships, better career choices, more clarity on, well, basically every aspect of your life.
Nothing is perfect so there are little kinks here and there with the program, as with anything, but this is the only place i know that is open to feedback and willing to change things for the better.
I havent yet completed the program, and quite honestly I dont want to complete it, I almost dont ever want to be done with it. The friends Ive made, the clarity Ive gotten on myself and my life is amazing.
Any and every single person in this world I believe would benefit from taking this course.
If youre considering it, stop thinking and just do it.

FINAL UPDATE: Having completed the Leadership Program (LP77) I will say that I have mixed feelings. I still know that this portion of the program was the most valuable for both me and the others on my team based upon real changes that occurred that none of us were on track for before we embarked upon this endeavor.
What I took away from the 4-​mth experience includes:
1. significantly clearer sense of self and self worth and life dream. trusting myself and what I want now (not in relation to other people or my own past).
2. some crazy new power habits: gym, punctuality, health, family/​friend connections, etc.
3. experience of being very different in terms of relating to people (accessing/​allowing vulnerability sometimes)
4. the experience of being a successful leader and of jumping into challenging situations being OK with failure. and often having great results because of it.
5. the experience of trusting others (not to reject me and my ideas, and also not to fuck up — seeing their ability not their disability)
Unfortunately, I was disappointed in many ways by both the content of the Leadership portion of the program and the ethos of the coordinator of the program, Lance Vanderborg. While I specifically appreciated that the trainers’ ethos didn’t smack of hypocrisy, the opposite was true of my coordinator. I experienced him as irresponsible and what is worse fake to the point of being a liar. As he alternately controlled/​ignored what was going on in my leadership program, I found interacting with him frustrating and am saddened by the fact that he is the spokesperson for a program that has so much to offer.
The contents/​exercises of all sections of this program are not disclosed prior to enrollment due to the experiential nature of the learning. This is inherent to the process. So I will be vague and say that my disappointment with the content/​exercises/​coaching in the third part of the program stem from the fact that I believe them to have been uncreative and imbalanced and misrepresented. I expected more intelligent design and was led to believe that there would be support for a variety of mental skill development and found this not to be so. Undeniably, the context of the program and the sometimes repetitive exercises yielded some specific advances in relationship building for many. I was anticipating more real world physical results-​oriented coaching, which was not the focus of the majority of the training.
Conclusion: It is an imperfect game, which can produce some amazing results.

I just went through the «Discovery» course (essentially an introduction) and decided not to continue to the second step «Breakthrough». Perhaps a review coming from someone that got less involved will provide a new perspective. I enjoyed the experience and know that it will serve me in achieving my goals. I am the kind of person that has tried many different methods of self-​examination such as yoga and meditation and I have managed to maintain my cynicism through it all. Cynicism and Personal Dynamics definitely do not mix well, but I am still considering doing the next level somewhere down the road. Some of the exercises remind me of yoga experiences like kirtan/​Bhakti yoga aimed at opening your heart and trust to complete strangers as a means of acquiring self-​knowledge and freedom of personal expression. I chafed at those groups too. However, if you are in psychotherapy and are tired of paying exorbitant prices for slow results PD is essentially what therapy is all about, just more concentrated and intensive (although I have never been in psychotherapy so my assessment is no more than an educated guess). If you can look beyond the occasional over-​zealousness of the trainers and the corporate money-​making framework (after all this is America), you will profit greatly from a gander at this effective method.
