I first went to have the diamond put back in my ring – it was a «renovated» antique and the stone was just set in lightly. Andew told me where the ring came from(Jaipur) and gave me a few options – I chose the one that would change the look of the ring the least, although he told me that the stone would eventually come loose again. When it did come loose again, I went back to him and let him put prongs on the ring to hold the stone in place. By then I trusted him and knew that he would see that his jewler did a lovely job. I had been in after my first ring-fix to buy a necklace for my niece, and after asking some questions about her he helped me pick out the perfect peice, and it was very reasonably priced. I knew that he cared abut what he sold and abut his customers. I told my husband that I would be quite happy to receive an original piece from their collection for Christmas, and the staff helped him pick out some things that I just love! They won’t rush the work, they make sure it is done properly.

My family has been going to Andy for over 10 years. He has made every precious piece of jewelry we have worn for every special occasion – weddings, birthdays, everything. My wedding ring, earrings, and my husband’s ring were made with care by the Persian Shop. I can’t imagine a better customer service experience from a company that truly takes the family business approach to serving their customers. His staff is incredible as well. My husband has purchased many gifts for me from this store over 20 years. The owner is courteous and helpful, not pushy at all. At one point, some earrings weren’t fitting correctly and Andrew was very willing to adjust them. The jewelry is gorgeous and original, perfect for that special gift.

If you want a full service jeweler go see Andrew, he is the best. Got my wife’s engagement ring from Andrew, he spent over 10 hours with me to get it right! Andrew didn’t sell me what he wanted, he helped me work through what I wanted. Very friendly, very collaborative and great execution. 54th and Madison.
