The school opened a few years ago in Harlem which was much needed. It’s a nice, small school with all of the greatest intentions. However, we have found that the management is still poor, lots of teacher turnover, and communication still lagging behind. If you’re desperate for a local school, you could try Pear Tree but like other parents, you may get frustrated with the ‘start up’ mistakes and misteps.
