We make Pavlovas in Brooklyn for New York City. What’s a Pavlova? It is a delicious gluten-​free dessert topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit. The Pavlova base is like a meringue on the outside and a marshmallow on the inside. Try for yourself and see why The People love it!

History

Established in 2015.

It was Christmas Eve and I was panicked… I realized I had nothing for dessert for my gluten-​free friend, Hannah. Luckily, another friend from London had the answer, bake a Pavlova.

One bite and I was hooked.

I knew the people of NYC would love this dessert. Thus Pavlova to the People began.

Ashleigh is a Pavoholic. The trickiness of these fickle desserts could not dissuade her from finding a way to share her love with New York City. When not in the kitchen thinking up new flavors and products she freelances for various non-​profits and enjoying getting to the mountains as often as possible.
