History
Established in 2015.
It was Christmas Eve and I was panicked… I realized I had nothing for dessert for my gluten-free friend, Hannah. Luckily, another friend from London had the answer, bake a Pavlova.
One bite and I was hooked.
I knew the people of NYC would love this dessert. Thus Pavlova to the People began.

When not in the kitchen thinking up new flavors and products she freelances for various non-profits and enjoying getting to the mountains as often as possible.
