We offer a variety of cosmetic, preventive, restorative and surgical services, such as veneers, whitening and implant placement. Our state-​of-​the-​art office is a serene, caring and a professional environment where patient comfort and dental excellence come first. Dr. Small is both a Prosthodontist, specializing in esthetic and restorative dentistry, and an implant surgeon, able to perform all aspects of surgery related to implant dentistry.

Teaching for over 22 years has allowed Dr. Small to stay at the forefront of her specialty, helping to develop and hone the latest treatments so she can offer patients the best care modern dentistry can offer.

Dr. Small has published three scientific papers in peer-​reviewed journals, and holds two U.S. patents related to implant dentistry.

Business Owner

Dr. Paula Small has been in private practice for more than 26 years. She also remains involved in academics as an Associate Clinical Professor at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in the departments of Post-​graduate Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry. For many years prior, she held the same position at NYU College of Dentistry. She is a Fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics, a member of the Academy of Osseointegration and a member of the New York County Dental Society.

In addition to her many professional accomplishments, Dr. Small enjoys living in Manhattan with her husband and three children. She has pursued her passion for yoga, becoming a certified yoga instructor and now volunteers her time teaching developmentally disabled adults and teenagers. Dr. Small is an avid bridge enthusiast, and is currently a junior master, rising through the ranks as she continues to compete in bridge tournaments.
