Manicure, pedicure and 10 min back massage $ 29 — great deal! Staff is sweet and thorough. There are no frills here so if you are looking for such, move on. But if you are looking for a manicure and not a champagne toast, go to Park Nail.

Nothing fancy or extravagant but a good manicure and pedicure with not much of a crowd and good massage for $ 20 plus tip. You can’t go wrong on this.

So it’s nothing fancy so don’t expect to be offered a beverage or elegant ambiance. If you need a good manicure and pedicure without breaking the bank you can get one here for $ 20 + tip. Add $ 4 for a french manicure or pedicure. They were really quick and efficient. They close by 7:30pm most nights. I wiil be back!

I’ve been to a bunch of the nail salons in the east 20s/30s and this is the one I keep coming back to. It’s not super-fancy, but what it lacks in amenities, it more than compensates in cleanness, quality, and price. A basic mani + pedi will cost you less than $ 20 before tip. They have a good selection of colors, massage chairs, magazines and the nails dryers. This is pretty much all need to be happy with my mani/pedi. I have not tried their waxing services so I can’t tell you about that. If you think you want to check this out with friends, know that they only have 4 pedicure stations and 4 manicure stations. On weekends, you can walk in. However, if you know when you’ll go, make a reservation(especially in the evening). I think they’re open until 8:30. Also note that the address is actually 148 East 28th.
