Absolutely terrible experience. I bought a Groupon and tried for weeks to make an appointment ! I called during normal business hours at varying times and days and nothing. Finally someone returned my call to make an appointment ! I made an appointment for 6:45pm and the business was vacant completely shuttered with no signs of business. No one answered my calls and no one ever showed up.

I had purchased and read about Dr.Basri. Sadly, my experience wasn’t satisfactory no change occurred after receiving Botox injections from him. He is a kind, and mild mannered physician. However, it may be because he just started doing cosmetic procedures that he lacked experience.

I have called park Ave hair solutions about 5 days and they answered the phone one time. The women on the phone had to kick me off the phone because she had to be somewhere. Than I called back hours later and made an appointment but we had the snow storm. I have called again 5 times with no answer. If I knew this would happen I would never have bought a groupon to this place. I would have rather spent the extra money for some place that answers my calls. Very upset I wish I could get my money back from groupon

I found this business through a Groupon for botox with Dr, Basri. Dr. Basri is a caring physician who is committed to providing the best possible results for his patients. He has a warm demeanor and will take the time necessary to listen and respond to your questions and concerns, offering recommendations and advice. He was really focused during my procedure and explained everything he was doing. He is prompt, friendly, and didn’t keep me waiting around. I found it very easy to make an appointment via his associate, who I think handles the hair treatments. She has a fantastic personality and is just as fabulous in person. I had a really nice experience and think these people seem very honest, straight-​forward and ethical. I was impressed.

Park Avenue Hair solutions has changed my whole appearance and life. I am grateful for the opportunity to have solved my hair loss problem; I have been struggling for years with this issue. Owner is as nice as can be and helped me with all my needs (office is very clean and welcoming as well). I recommend this to anyone who is struggling with hair loss, it works!
