Some lovely greeting cards, other items. Somewhat costly for mere paper.

Organized store with a nice selection. The staff was annoying and kept telling me about the sales while I’m trying to shop. I felt like I was being watched the entire time. The manager was also on her cell phone in the middle of the store talking about business, very unprofessional and made me want to get out asap.

Upon entering the shop I was pounced upon by a young man telling me what was on sale. Everything I paused at, he appeared and told me of the discount. I told him I would let him know if I needed his assistance. Two women at the register were too busy talking to each other to pay any attention to the fact I was waiting to pay. I had to interrupt their conversation. They could not have cared less! Not even a «thank you»! Cards range from expensive to ridiculous ! I was there on Fri. 6÷6÷14 around 2o’clock.

I have shopped at Papyrus for at least a decade and this one has hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. At virtually any retailer. Was told three different things by three different associates when trying to purchase invitations, then treated in snobbish fashion by one associate that was rude and unhelpful when I needed help choosing invitations, saying while not ignoring me that«well, we only focus on the high end merchandise.» So sorry I only want to spend $ 300 not $ 700 on invites. I have literally spent hundreds on Papyrus cards over the years, but I will not be shopping at this store ever again-poorly managed.

While there isn’t a large assortment, the inventory is well-thought out and organized. The location is great… you can purchase gifts for your friends at nearby stores and plan out the card and gift wrap right here. Take advantage of their membership and receive free cards! Woo hoo. It’s the little stuff.

I LOVE this place! They have the most beautiful and unique cards and wrapping goodies. I don’t buy cards anywhere else anymore… well, except when I’m in the UK ’cause there I’d go to Paperchase: o)

Good selection of wedding cards and quick transaction at the cash register. Best Papyrus I’ve been to.

This Papyrus is absolutely teensy weensy. Impossible to move around in. But they do have a cute selection of gifts. Pity their card selection is meager, considering that’s what they are supposed to be in business for, but I’m not a huge fan of this chain in general.

An upscale chain store that offers an excellent selection of attractive greeting cards, gift wrap, accessories, and gifts. For those who haven’t forsaken the nearly forgotten art of letter writing, there’s a wide variety of fine stationery as well.
