I could spend hours and hours in here easily! They have a great selection of beautiful and unique party supplies, fun gift items and paper products. I purchased adorable plates and napkins for a party I am hosting! I could not be happier with them and received so many compliments on them.

My partner and I went here to get our wedding invitations printed. We needed something very specific, but quite simple with no design work. We spoke with a couple different reps in the printing area on different occasions and our emails went unanswered for weeks.
We were just about to give up on them when a design associate, Anoush, stepped in and saved the day. We really appreciated his attention, responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. He got the design, turned around proofs in less than an hour, and got the job printed in just a few days.
The price for our project was higher than I would have liked, but in the end, I was happy with the results and very happy with Anoush.

The selection here is fantastic. I found things here, that I could not find elsewhere. The store is downright beautiful and so perfectly/​logically organized. It is a paper crafter’s dream. The customer service on the other hand is lacking. The person checking me out was nice enough but the person on the floor seemed utterly annoyed by my simple questions and volunteered no information just kurtly answering exactly what I asked while staring blankly at me. It’s unfortunate because there is no reason to be that way. I understand that there are annoying customers out there but if you are not at all interested in helping customers then maybe another line of work would be more suitable. I will be returning here however because of the fabulous selection — I will probably just try to be more self sufficient to improve my experience.

I’m a 68 year old white male. The greeting card selection is one of the worst I’ve ever seen.
The employees are unhelpful and suspicious. The owner is indifferent. I was watched from a few feet away, suspected of being a shoplifter. What I needed was an employee to assist not to snoop. I ended up spending $ 7.80. I should have just left and shopped somewhere else.
Never again.

I printed my portfolio here last year at the second floor and the guy was very friendly and helpful! I really love it until recently I need to print my portfolio again and I find out they moved the print department downstairs. And also people working there is changed. I’m totally ok with it until I experienced really bad service. The guy work there was really rude to me. And he promised me he could cut for me and later on he asked me to cut by myself. Also he was so impatient when the files were not matching. I felt so uncomfortable sitting there and I might not come back to print again. I would rather chose village printer or somewhere else makes me feel helpful and comfortable.

Great quality prints and affordable book binding! Super friendly staff, each time I’ve been! Would definitely recommend.

Arthur and his team at Paper Presentation did an amazing job on my wedding printing order. From our initial meeting through to production, the team was attentive, organized and communicative to make sure everything was perfect. They went beyond what was asked of them, providing additional copies in case they were needed. They even helped advise design requirements and setup the files as were needed for the best results. The quality was absolutely impeccable, every copy was perfectly printed, cut and scored. Everyone had high praise, and the paper we printed out looked beautiful (their paper section is expansive– they have everything imaginable). I would trust them to deliver results, accurately, on time and on budget. Thanks guys for making a stressful time so easy!

I printed 2 Architecture portfolio here using perfect binding. Yet this kind of perfect binding allows the book to open totally. That’s exactly what I need. Also there are dozens kinds of paper to choose. It’s a good place for portfolio.

I flew in to NYC for a few very important meetings and realized that there was a key part of my portfolio that I’d mistakenly left at home. I spent at least 20 – 30 minutes attempting to call various printing companies, but almost all either didn’t answer or required me to email (and wait) for a quote. I finally called Paper Presentation and literally within 15 minutes I was in and out just in time for my meeting.
The two men in the copy section downstairs in the back are some of the most patient and kind men that I had the pleasure of meeting while in the city. I don’t think that I could ever express my gratitude enough! I will for sure be going back if even just to say hello.

I needed 8×14 cardstock for work and wanted to find out whether the store had it in stock.
I was on hold for a cumulative 30 minutes.
I got disconnected twice.
I just needed a simple «yes» or «no».

After 40 minutes, someone said yes. So, I bolted down there.
The store itself is actually gorgeously arranged. Arts and crafts supplies as far as the eye can see. As others have noted, the staffing is the main calamity. There is no direction, no leadership.
Associates are all over the store but aren’t really helping anyone. Or, they may start and get distracted. Also, it’s as if every action or transaction has to involve every possible staff member.
At one point, as I was trying to pay and escape the place, six women, including the person ringing me up, collectively were trying to tell another customer that they needed her signature.
Hii, it’s me, the guy holding his credit card in your face for the last two minutes. I could’ve been long gone by now.
She then remembered that I was still there and swiped my card. The then pushed my items to the side and gave my credit card to another employee (why?) only for her to give it to me.
Awkward pause. Then I gave up and grabbed my items from the counter.
«Oh, did you need a bag?»
Lady, I was already blazing out of the store.

Almost overwhelming, how much stuff they had! But if I was planning a party or wedding, it seems like this would be the place to find cool paper. Or if you tire of Papyrus cards, there are so many fun, unusual cards you won’t find elsewhere – but around the same price point.
Lots of artsy, girly materials, with journals, pens, stamps, and all other kinds of jazz. Frankly, I ended up feeling a little overwhelmed, but I had already been to a few shops. If you’re about to embark on a large crafty project, this would definitely be worth checking out!

I could spend hours in this store! Do not come here if you are crunched for time! You will get so carried away looking at all the great stationary, gifts, etc in this massive store!
I’ve been here a couple of times for various items — an oddly sized envelope (they had it!!), specific color of stationary (had that too!!), and unique cards (yep, plenty of those!!). I have never had anything custom designed or printed here so I can’t speak for that.
Other than stationary, they have a large variety of party décor, both seasonal and regular, small gifts and trinkets, stickers, calendars, gadgets, and a ton of wrapping items. This place is great not only if you’re into stationary, but also crafting and DIY.
They are pretty strict with their return policy, so hold onto your receipt and return within the 15 days.

The products at this place are five star!
However, the staff are SOOOOOO MEANNNNN!!! It’s actually known in the neighborhood how mean the staff are!
Minus the two older men who work there. But everyone is so mean! My fiancé and I were there to pick out invitations so we met the woman who works upstairs in the printing area on Saturdays… While helping us she made us feel stupid that we didn’t know the ins and outs of printing and cutting techniques. After 5 hours … She sort of helped us but made us feel like idiots.
I went back the next day and the Sunday lady was even more rude and mean !! She wouldn’t even look up to say hello! Once she acknowledged my existence, she was just so mean!
The staff downstairs (2 little old guys mentioned before) and a cashier at the front were helpful and so much better. But omg someone please get the upstairs ladies some help! No one should go through life that miserable!

I walked in and thought I stepped into heaven. My love for stationary is unreal and they have everything you need from cards, envelopes, pens, paper, small gifts, and much more!
I spent a good 20 minutes walking around the store just absorbing everything.
— For certain items (small gifts), they only have a few quantities of it.
— Card selection isn’t all too great but you will find something if you look hard enough.
— A bit overpriced. Bought a pack of 8 small cards for $ 12.
— Not much assistance. You look for what you need and you check out.
— Registers are opened up depending on how long the line is, good choice.
My overall experience here was pleasant and I cannot wait to come back!

Every year I print my Christmas cards with Paper Presentation and every year they go above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service!
They have a large selection of everything you could possibly need and they’re my go to place for quick easy gifts!

Definitely look elsewhere if you’re looking for any custom printing work. The customer service here is terrible.
After placing an order for time-​sensitive custom print job, we were told to wait to be contacted when it was complete. Typically we would follow up by phone, but we were often placed on hold and immediately had our calls disconnected while on hold.
A few days after the estimated production period, we called and were told that they thought we had already picked it up. Apparently our order had been completed and was simply sitting on a shelf without a single phone call or email letting us know.
For your own sanity, you’ll want to consider looking at one of the other local printers in the area. It was overpriced and not worth the hassle of dealing with employees with bad attitudes.

This is a good place to buy cards, paper and small quirky gifts. Although it’s only been around for a few years, it already feels like an «old timer» in rapidly gentrifying Chelsea where so many establishments have come and gone in the last generation. The store runs the block through and is the sort of place where if you’re into paper you’ll likely end up buying something you didn’t even know you needed until you got there!

My review is based off my experience over the phone. I have never been to this place — but was recommended to check it out by a friend who is a Bride-​to-​Be who got her wedding invitations done her. She recommended I check this place out to order my wedding invitations.
First experience with them was over the phone at this location and I was completely turned off by their lack of professionalism. Their phone customer service at this place is horrible.
I had a simple question. My question was to find out if they do foil printing. Simple answer would be yes or no. However, before I could complete my sentence, Elizabeth, the girl who answered the phone placed me on hold before I finished my sentence. (See screenshot of how long I was on hold for). I was on hold for almost 10 minutes — and while on hold, someone would pick up the phone and place me on hold again a total of 6 times — till finally I was hung up on.
I called back again, spoke to Elizabeth once again. I complained to her about how I was put on hold before I finished my sentence and hung up on. She apologized and transferred me to what I assume was the printing department.
A lady with a very thick accent answered and I asked her if they provide foil printing. She said, «yes, submit me your files of your design and we can print it for you.» Great!
Next question.
Me: «Can I submit my files to you online?»
She snapped at me and said, «LIKE I SAID! SUBMIT ME YOUR FILES of your design and we can print it out for you! You cannot submit it online! You must bring it in!»
Me: «Yes, I understand. I’m just asking you a question. You said ‘submit’ and there is many ways to submit. I was just asking you a question to clarify.»
Once I said that, I think she realized her tone of voice was a bit alarming because her tone change.
I think with the snappiness was just unnecessary. I’m sure people ask the same question so it should not be a surprise to her. If she would have clarified to begin with and said something along the lines as «submit your files of design to us IN STORE» it would have probably helped her eliminate having to repeat herself. I was not happy being placed on hold 6 different times then hung up on.
Bottom line. I was not impressed with the customer service and if the person I dealt with at the printing area is going to be the person I have to deal with to print my wedding invitations and is snappy like that — I’d rather go somewhere else.

What’s better than finding something you were looking for a project? Finding something you weren’t looking for that inspires you to start a new project. Oh, I also found what I was originally looking for too.
There is a very nice selection here whether you need bulk or singular quantities. So far, this has been my go-​to for paper products.

Somehow I’d never before noticed this store, even though I found out it’s been there for 23 years. We were walking by there yesterday and my husband groaned when I felt a strong urge to enter the store; he knew that meant a sinkhole of time. However, afterwards he grudgingly admitted that the store is rather amazing. It has the most extraordinary selection of pens, stationery, journals, notebooks, wrapping paper, cards, stickers, even items such as frames & cute stuffed animals, and undoubtedly many other things I’ve neglected to mention. Also, the interior is really attractive and it’s HUGE.
The selection absolutely deserves five stars — but the two cashiers bordered on unfriendly and no one else ever spoke to us, therefore I’m giving four stars.
