This past holiday season was my first time ordering anything from Out of Print directly, and they were great to work with! I had scoped out a select few of their designs for years on the ModCloth website, but they never quite carried anything I would consider purchasing(I can ashamedly admit that I have never picked up Pride and Prejudice and could also never get all the way through the Great Gatsby), though I appreciated their designs all the same. Probably prompted by some«click-through» ad for a deal they were having, I finally visited their business website and saw that they had so much more to offer. I could have totally gone crazy picking out shirts and accessories for myself, but since I was on a mission to get my husband a unique Christmas gift, I focused on shopping men’s tees. I have a basic grasp of math and the general size of shapes but must be completely inept at reading a clothing size chart because on my first try, I ordered the American Gods and Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy shirts both in a size small. When they arrived, they looked like they wouldn’t fit me let alone my husband. I contacted their customer service department and ordered medium sizes; the gal that helped me was pretty friendly and even honored the original deal I participated in when I bought the wrong-sized shirts even though they had already moved on to a different bargain. My refund was processed quickly and I received the new shirts in a timely manner. Thanks Out of Print! I am looking forward to making another order very soon.
