I couldn’t recommend Jessica highly enough!
First of all, she’s incredibly personable, easy going, and just extremely nice (as well as all the staff at Open Lines). It was like getting professional help from one of your close friends.
I’m a closet musician with basically crippling stage fright, and overall just very shy when it comes to performing, so some of the exercises I needed to do for my vocal rehabilitation are things I would generally be embarrassed to do by myself, let alone in front of other people. But even with these, she somehow managed to make me feel relaxed and confident and able to shed my reluctancy and progress.
I’m someone who has struggled with throat/​vocal issues since I was young, and she helped me completely turn it around, and actually go on to be able to start singing and recording my own voice for my songs (something I thought would never be possible). This was a personal issue that I honestly didn’t think was possible to ever fix, but she did it and actually made it easy and enjoyable.
She was also extremely attentive, available and involved outside of my sessions as well. She was always very easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I would message her with.
Simply put, Dr. Galgano and her team are the best. Unbelievably glad I went to her!

I highly recommend Dr. Galgano and her staff at their center for Speech Pathology. From the moment you undergo your initial evaluation and throughout your course of treatment you will feel someone really cares about you and you will feel confident that you are in the best hands.

My insurance company was trying to obtain additional information regarding whether or not you provide services at home. Since you are an in network provider with them and our regular provider that we have been using for my daughter for over two years is out of network was denied because apparently you can provide the same services. In an effort to clarify whether or not you actually provide services at home to determine how we can proceed with my daughter’s therapy I called your office on Friday June 13^th with my insurance company on the line and received the most rude and obnoxious treatment by your office. What you fail to realize is that not only is it wrong and inappropriate to treat people like that, all you are actually doing is hurting a three year old child who requires speech therapy and is currently being denied services because we can’t get a simple answer from your office. I have never seen anything like this or ever been treated so poorly in my life. Your staff member actually hung up the phone. Absolutely disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Open Lines got my late-​talker son talking. It’s that simple. Frida’s individual sessions combined with their late-​talker play group were what he needed to start taking chances on sounds and words. We saw a difference in his speech and confidence immediately. He had worked with other speech therapists, but Frida has the magic touch. This place is wonderful. Forever grateful.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and seeing Dr Jessica Galgano. She is amazing. She has really helped me get my voice back in shape. I was having a lot of hoarseness and inability to produce in my higher register and she has really helped me with that. They also do other kinds of speech therapy here. They are amazing. I highly recommend for all ages.

We have been clients for over 9 months now. and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Galgano and her staff. My 8 year old son works with Diana — she’s wonderful — very professional, a caring educator, motivated and energetic. The quality of the curriculum /​teaching methodology is top notch. He looks forward to going to speech every week.
I would highly recommend Open Lines. I’ve been to other practices in this area, as well as Austin, TX, where we moved back from, and this practice is by far the best.
