Be Forewarned: employ this company at your own risk, they disappear at will, do not answer calls and you can get in touch with them. Imagine if you encounter any small problem… also, Note they are not located in the East Village or even Manhattan they are in the Bronx not a negative but, why do they falsely present themselves as being accessible and in Manhattan, so you know what your dealing with…

So efficient AND really nice. He fixed my windows, repaired the latches, and even cleaned up the floors and all around the window area before he left! So professional! Oh, and he came the same day I called AND showed up exactly when he said he would. I’m very impressed — highly recommend.
