If you are currently looking for a tow truck and are trying to decide which one to go with; look no further. I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to after dealing with these guys.
My brothers car was stranded 1 block from the midtown tunnel during a torrential all day downpour at 10pm on a friday night. Before I found these guys I called 6 other places/​scam artists. I heard everything from «what, you only need one car towed?» to «listen, I don’t have time to give you an estimate; you want a truck or not!» Foget about the range of prices I was given.
I finally came across NYC towing corp and was pleasently surprised. The guy who answered was cordial and helpful. He didn’t have an attitude or act like I should be honored to be speaking with him. The rates were great and the service was even better. He said they would be there in 15 min and guess what… Wait for it… He was there in 10 min. The guy was very professional and even asked what was wrong to see if he could help take care of it on the spot. I will be programming this companies number into my phone for future reference.
