Dr. Kate Novosel and Dr. Webb are incredible. What I love most about this practice is how everybody is so welcoming and friendly. They take their time with you and care about your concerns and health. I never once felt rushed. I came in with chronic neck /​shoulder pain. I am tall and have had bad posture my whole life. After taking some x-​rays, they designed a special treatment for correcting my Scoliosis and overall pain. I’ve seen so many chiropractics in NYC and they never take the time to really look for the root for fixing my pain. They would adjust me and the relief would only be temporary. I would have to keep coming back and wasting money. The team at New York Spine and Sports Institute is unlike any other experience I have ever experienced. Let me start off with Dr. Novosel, who does the corrective treatment care. She treats all her patients with care, patience and love. She is so warm and sweet. Her program is all hands on and uses special equipment to correct the spine. She gives you at home excerises and equipment to do during your free time to kick the treatment in the butt. It takes about 3 months, 3 – 4 times a week for the treatment to really work. Depending on how bad your case is, you might have to do a course of two treatment plans. She works with other doctors to help with pain/​etc. (They take insurance which is a huge plus!) She works with a team of chiropractics, physical therapists and medical doctors. Dr. Webb is amazing. She is very knowledgable and welcoming. She treated me by using trigger point injections to help loosen up my muscles and to help prolong the pain before getting adjusted. I would see her about twice a week. You will feel a little sore the next day but, after that you will feel great. Dr. Novosel is one of the best doctors I have seen to help fix my pain /​my spine. I never wanted to get surgery for the amounts of pain I had everyday. I feel so blessed to have found such a great team of doctors. If you have minor to chronic pain — I would 100% recommend them! They are truly the best!
