He walked me through the differences between Pax and Pax 2, explained how to use the device, showed and explained grinders, and made sure I understood all aspects of my new toy. Came here a few weeks ago to buy a waterglass piece. The guy there, Ameen, was very helpful. He let me take the 4 or 5 pieces that i was considering out of the display case, allowing me to check them all out, hold them, and pick the right one. They had a very nice collection of high end glass and waterglass pieces at very low prices, especially for nyc.
Would definitely recommend, even if you’re not on the immediate area.

ROBBED MY CREDIT CARD, HARASSED ME, ONGOING PROBLEMS
This place has ripped me off and harassed me and everyone I know countless times. I doubt they’ll be around much longer, but I need to warn people for now. I used to be a regular when they first opened in the lobby of my building, supporting their highly overpriced cigarettes and food items in order to make good with my new neighbors. After being charged over $ 5 extra in several cases on my credit card than even the inflated prices asked for, though, I thought I should ask the gentleman in charge and his young son about it. He rudely told me to get out of his store or he’d charge my card even more, and proceeded to harass me in front of my home. Tonight, after my friend lost $ 17 to him over a couple Snickers bars using her credit card, I felt the need to let everyone on Unilocal know: the service is angry and mean-​spirited, the prices are at least 50% higher than stores within 15 paces of the door, and if you use a credit card, you will end up being charged far more than you were asked to pay. Not sure how they’re still in business, though they haven’t been here very long. I’m hoping the authorities will take care of this before this review even gets read.
