I am new to martial arts and found that Sifu Lee’s Tai Chi class was excellent for uncoordinated beginners such as myself. He treated me with respect and clearly answered my questions.
I learned fundamentals and it was fun to follow along with the old school students. If you’re lucky, you may even experience all 108 forms your first lesson. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a tai chi student for almost a year and can attest to improved balance, strength, and mental focus.
