Don’t let any review above 1 star fool you. I used this printer for something last minute and the results were simply ABYSMAL.
I can only blame myself for being in a position of needing something last minute. Yes,
CAN produce your print job on the same day (or next day) but they won’t tell you the level of quality at which it will be produced. Beyond the poor print and paper quality, the ridiculously bad trimming left my postcards basically useless. The embarrassment to my brand wasn’t worth handing them out.
If you care at all about your projects appearance, do yourself a favor and don’t use this printer — at least not for same-​day or overnight — because they simply can’t produce the most basic print jobs correctly.

Horrible. I called last week to order a window cling — sent emails — spoke to several people — then finally had someone promise that the job would be done by today. Just called and they have no order even processed and absolutely nothing was done. Really bad experience. I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted time. I was hoping to have this for my business this week.

I wish I could simply select «0 stars». My experience with this company was both extremely laborious and futile; Sisyphean if you will. Sincerely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever endured. I’ve never felt so compelled to write a review as I do now. No professional seeking proficient work ethic and trustworthy agreements should consider using this company. Their «same day printing» guarantee is bogus (received my product after 4 days). After being unable to have the business cards for a weekend of networking events, I tried to cancel my unprinted order and was told there was a 40% cancellation fee. After deciding to continue, one of their customer reps told me my cards would be ready for pickup on Monday morning, and after taking an Über to the train, I arrived at a closed Manhattan office, only to be told that my order wouldn’t be ready until 5pm that same day. I asked for a two-​hour break from work! I ended up paying an additional fee for them to mail the cards the next day, and upon receipt of the cards 3 of them had coffee stains and were unusable. By then I wasn’t surprised or alarmed. I live life with no regrets, but this just broke the ice.

Negative stars would be generous. Thieves and liars. Stole my money, won’t refund, terms and conditions are horrific, website says one thing, then they claim it says another. Ray, their customer services rep is horrific to deal with, one of those voices you hear that you can’t help but get so irritated with what comes out of his mouth because it’s all garbage. Wish I read the reviews before, been in the business for over twenty years and this company is by far, the worst. Ever. Ever. Bottom line is that their printing is terrible, customer service even worse, and they steal. Do not walk away from this company, RUN.

My fiancé’ and I completely agree with all of the above comments, and we’re not even their costumers yet!
Just got off the phone with their costumer service after 30 min with no results. In fact, the costumer rep– Ray, was trying to cut our conversation short by telling me that I am being difficult (in those words!!) and that he has to get to the other four costumers who are on the other lines.
After several attempts to talk to a manager (who was nowhere to be found) we we’re transferred to a «management voicemail» three times, with a 1 – 2 business days respond rate.
False advertising!!! Their website offers discount coupons for liking and sharing a their page on FB. THEY DON’T WORK AND THEY WOULDN’T GIVE THEM TO US REGARDLESS!!!
Horrible horrible horrible interaction with Easy Print 123 of NYC.
The only reason why we tried using them is because we wanted to support the local businessman. In this case that was a big mistake, and we will never recommend them to anyone nor speak of them.

They aren’t responsive at all. They claim to have weekend printing — not sure if they still do as they do not pick up the phone, answer emails, or communicate in anyway. Very shady experience, need to check if the card was charged.

If you are reading this right now, you are most likely in a bind. You need something printed last minute and this is the only company that is capable of doing it. Let me save you stress, money and time– DO NOT PRINT WITH THEM. Even if they are the ONLY company that says they can give you what you need in time, don’t do it. They will most likely not be able to deliver what they are promising, and if by the grace of life they do get it to you in time– the order will be wrong!
I read the terrible reviews before I printed with them, but they were the only company that said they could deliver in time, so I went with them. BIG MISTAKE!
I would go into detail about the way everything transpired, but there is no point. They are the worst company I have ever worked with. Call them, you will be able to tell in the first 30 seconds that they do not care about customer service or quality.

I would give them 0 Stars if I could. They never delivered the job and still charged my credit card. Do not use these guys. Ever.

The other reviewers are correct, this is absolutely the worst company around today. Customer Service is horrendous!!! They claim they provide same day service, but don’t say that the quality is inferior.
On September 9^th, 2013, I ordered 100 Plastic Business Cards with an approximate value of $ 252. They said they would charge half upfront and the other half when I picked up the Cards on September 11^th, 2013. Guess what?! They charged everything upfront.
When I went to get the Plastic Business Cards, the worker asked me «do you want these Cards?». When I saw the quality of the Cards, I realized why she asked me this question. All of the cards had peelings on the borders, as if they were scratched off and the quality was very very poor.
So, I told her no, and she agreed I should not take them and request a refund. A refund, as I needed those Cards for an event on September 12^th, 2013 and would not get the cards the same day, in time for my event.
Since September 11^th, 2013 when I submitted my first request for a refund, I have not heard from anyone in their shady «Management» Team. No phone calls and no emails. I called a few times and they are still being shady without any help.
They have met the right one, as I am taking these guys to Court. Everyone else with an issue should follow my lead and take them to Court. Let’s put these shady people out of business as they are stressing their customers.

I agree with everyone else this is the worse company — The owner Joseph should NOT be in business and has no customer service skills. I tried to place an order on on thursday and still after an hour on hold Monday they still couldn’t take the order.
Joseph/​Dianne are very difficult to work with and am not sure why they are in business.

I agree, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They literally stole my money and then iced me out.
On a Thursday, they took my order for same-​day business cards. Even the order process was mind blowing — it took about 30 minutes for me to relay the credit card information to the person taking the order. Afterward, when I emailed over the artwork, I received no confirmation that they had gotten started on the order.
I called the next day to confirm that the order was ready for pickup. It wasn’t.
I waited a few hours. Still not ready.
I called at the end of the business day. Not ready, and no idea when it would be ready. This was ruining my day. They said they’d call the second the cards arrived.
I called during my event I needed the cards for in the first place. Nope, not ready.
The following Monday I get an email stating the cards are ready to be picked up. Too late guys, so I replied and asked for a refund. No response. I call, I’m told to email management@nycprinting123. No one responds from that email either.
I spent two weeks calling, emailing every email address I had for them, and repeating. I finally got ONE email back. It was legalese, and a copy of their various order policies. The email said I had to return the products before the investigation could proceed. So I replied immediately and pointed out that I have never even picked the cards up. No response.
I just filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and disputed the charge on my credit card. I don’t expect results.
This is the shadiest place I have ever given my money to, and that includes drug dealers.

This business, NYC Printing 123, took my order for a special print job (a personalized item), charged me for it, and then failed to ever ship the product. They refused to refund me my money, even after I waited several months.
Initially they said there were unexpected delays; after a few weeks, they refused to return emails and said on the phone that only a ‘manager’ could address the issue.
I finally turned to asking for a refund, which they said was ‘against their policy,’ even though they were also incapable of delivering the original product.
I have never experienced service this bad — bordering on crooked.
