NYC Party Bus Pros

Very happy with this party bus company we had it for my daughters 16 birthday and her friends. From start to finish was great. The driver was excellent and professional. I would use this bus company again.

I absolutely loved this company and service! I hired them for my best friend’s 25^th birthday and they were extremely cooperative and gave us an even better bus we had asked for. The driver was very friendly and did exactly what we told him to do, and everyone had such an amazing time on the bus. Highly recommend this for a party bus in NYC because they will definitely deliver and provide fantastic service. Vito, you’re the MAN!

A New Years party bus was the plan! I was very close to booking another company until I came across NYC Party Bus Pros on Unilocal and read the great reviews. I went on their website, loved the pics. Then I called (got the voicemail) but I loved the enthusiasm they had. In just a few minutes they returned my phone call. I spoke with Vito about what I was interested in doing and asked for a quote. He was very helpful, answered all my questions. I told him I was interested in a 20 – 25 passenger bus which he then let me know how only the 30 passenger buses and up have bathrooms. Having a bathroom on board was very important so I appreciated that piece of information. Vito even followed up with me within the next few days just to let me know others were booking and what the availability was.
After 2 weeks of our 1^st convo, I called Vito and booked the party bus! Once again he was very helpful, he emailed me my confirmation, receipts, etc. Days leading up to New Years, I contacted Vito about 2 more times, just to touch base and ask a few more questions. One of my main concerns was an aux cord. I asked Vito what kind of aux cord would be one on the bus and he told me it was universal. That was perfect because I could use just about any device to play my music.
Now here is where it gets a little rough and why I gave 3 stars. I spent DAYS putting together my music. I mean everything from creating a playlist, to finding a crossfade feature which iTunes has but cannot be done on an apple product– only through an app. Crossfade is when the end of the current playing song overlaps into the beginning of the next song so there are no gaps between songs. I was very particular about this. I wanted a true dj experience with my music because I wanted it to play seamlessly. I tested several apps on my iPhone which were horrible and couldn’t play music the way I needed. A lot of reviews said these apps would stop playing songs and had too many bugs. My iPod was a classic so that was a no go for apps. I tested my kindle which surprisingly had the best app for crossfade. I loaded my music, spent days of testing, and everything was nearly perfect. However, the kindle wasn’t the best with connecting to bluetooth so I was dependent on the aux cord.
On Dec 30^th, a dispatcher by the name of Ray contacted me. He was very nice, very polite and we discussed a few last details. The next day, we spoke again. Each time I am in contact with multiple people with anything I do, I will ask the same questions to make sure everything is on point. I asked Ray if there was an aux cord on the bus. He says «there’s bluetooth just sync and enjoy». I say «that’s great but what I need is an aux cord. I asked about that a few times». He says «the bluetooth is amazing». Now I’m getting worried because he isn’t saying yes. I asked again and he said yes. Now I’m relieved and can relax until my party.
I get to the pick up location and the bus is there. I meet John, our driver, who was super nice and sweet. I walk on to check out the inside of the bus only to find a few friends already seated! I freaked out a little because I didn’t set anything up! No drinks, no cups, nothing. So my first concern was to set up the music. I grab my kindle and ask John for the aux plug, he tells me there is no aux plug. I inform him that I asked for that several times and was told there was one. So now I’m panicking internally. I didn’t want my guests to see. My next thought was, try and set up the bluetooth which of course could not connect! I asked John for help but he tells me he wasn’t technology savvy. I called Ray and all he kept saying was «just relax, turn on the blutooth, have a fun time, enjoy the champagne». I guess he couldn’t understand the frustration in my voice because that was not helping. At some point, I guess he understood so he speaks to John briefly then John makes a call to someone else. I spoke with this gentlemen who John called who seemed to know all the ins and outs of the bus. However, my device could not scan/​connect to the blutooth, nor did the bus system identify my device. So I was screwed. This is what I was afraid of. I had my iPod as back up because there was an iPod dock but that is not what I wanted. That is not what I spent days putting together just to end up using an iPod and songs having big breaks in between like it was a ghetto house party. All of a sudden, here comes my friend to the rescue with an aux cord. Her car was parked nearby and after she saw me panicking, she brought her aux cord right over to me. Within a few minutes, the music was playing, we poured up the drinks, I gave John the go and the night was a hit! I couldn’t host the way I planned because I was still shaky from the music issue. Yet overall, EVERYONE had an AMAZING night, and a huge part of it was all thanks to my friend who saved the day! If it wasn’t for the aux plug this review would’ve had 5 stars instead of 3!

We had an AMAZING TIME on our NYC Party Bus Pros party bus. I rented a bus for about 17 people to go on a wine tour and apple picking excursion to Warwick NY for my birthday. We traveled from NYC. Jon and Vito were great. Very attentive and will work with whatever you need. They actually ended up giving me a bus that was a bit larger so we were extremely comfortable and we had room. The buses are so nice!!! Clean and new and high tech. Just like the pictures. The bus driver they sent was amaaazing (Pedro). He was quite literally AWESOME and has to be the best driver I’ve had on a group trip ever, and I do lots of group trips. He made everything seamless and easy and made the day awesome for everyone! 5 people have already asked for the contact information of the bus company I used and I definitely will be referring them to NYC Party Bus Pros! So happy I used them and my birthday was great because of it. Thanks for everything Jon!

I had an amazing experience booking with these guys! their service was impeccable and Jon and Vito were very helpful and clear! I had the 50 passenger bus and loved every minute of it. I will definitely book again and recommend them to everyone!

I must say I was hesitant to booking any car or bus services online but I am so happy I followed my gut and booked these guys! These guys were top notch professional. They were on time, and consistently in communication with me with pick up time and drop off time. The driver Vinny was so accommodating and so friendly i couldn’t have asked for a better driver. They definitely made my bff’s Bachelorette party an unforgettable night and I will be recommending and referring their services.

So after the previous experience, we gave them another shot and they came out on top in the end. Brand New bus (make sure to ask for it), and the space and the overall experience was as promised. The driver was on time, and we had a great ride back into New York. The nice part was the bathroom was in the FRONT of the bus instead of the back, made all the difference as the party kicked up in gear.
Jon Henry, was always on top of the follow up, and really made sure to hit on all the points that we felt were below par the last time. Fortunately, no «surprise» last minute cash payments upon arrival! I would recommend these guys for any special event that needs a top notch party bus experience with great driving.
One suggestion just for anyone planning, always bring extra ice, he’ll provide, but unless you’re riding for less than an hour it’ll either melt or run out, you’ll always need more so arrange for it.

This guy was a complete jerk on the phone. Don’t make the mistake of asking him to pick you up at any remotely trendy location. After I told him I thought his $ 50/​person rate to get from the meatpacking to Gramercy was expensive he starts yelling at me and asks «what hedge fund do you work for!?» I’m a student, and I saved for a year to help pay for my husband’s 30^th birthday party and literally could not afford it. Terrible phone service, I never even booked. If you are looking for NYC pick up and drop off service try Executive Limo — they were very friendly and quoted me a rate at less than half the price.

I thought their service was pretty good and accommodating for my daughter’s sweet 16^th. 6÷13÷2015. They could have easily gotten 5 stars if they didn’t change buses from an upgrade to a downgrade. I was dropped off at six flags and there was a little confusion with pick up. Me and 20 kids had to wait an hour because the driver had trouble with directions. Overall their service was good. I took the 50 person party bus to the Belmont Stakes and had a great time in doing so. Everyone was very cooperative and respectable — very easy to work with. They really mean it when they say they will give you the best experience. I highly recommend using this company for any events you may have in the future

After shopping around for a party bus to celebrate my birthday, I found Party Bus Pros. I was promised an amazing time on a brand new party bus for a great price and was NOT disappointed! I booked a 20-​person bus for a six-​hour ride through NYC with 3 venue stops. We ALL had a blast. The interior was beautifully clean and our music connected throught bluetooth technology. The bus was early on arrival and remained punctual throughout the night. The driver was very accommodating and easy to work with (he even was helpful the next day when i needed to retrieve some belongings I left behind!). I am so happy with my experience I can’t wait to use them again next year to do it all over again with my family and friends!

Booked the 50 person bus for 48 people for a trip to NYC. Plenty of room. The bus was literally the highlight of the night. It was beautiful with a great sound system. Perfect way to get the party started before getting to the nightclub or venue. Most importantly, the service was great. Bus was on time and the company as a whole is run very well. Never had a problem with payments or planning. Our group has been looking for an excuse to plan another event, so that we can get one of these party busses again. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with NYC Party Bus Pros. I booked the bus on relatively short notice and the team was very accommodating. Jon Henry was very responsive and made sure that we had a great experience — providing ice, cups, and even shot glasses on the bus. The bus was also in great condition. Would definitely use them again

We rented a 30 passenger bus for my friend’s bachelorette party in NYC. The trip included odd stops, as we had made a little scavenger hunt for her. The trip ended up in Pennsylvania (!). The driver is the coolest, and most patient man I’ve come across. I didn’t expect a luxury bus like the the one we got to be cheap, but it ended up not so bad when split between us. So, 5 stars for the bus, and 6 stars for our driver:)

I had the best time with Apollo limos ! Service was on time despite a snow storm. Courteous service. Reasonable prices. White glove treatment throughout. Really fantastic and came through in the clutch for us. As event planners I’m happy to have them in my arsenal. Thanks guys !!!
