A new way to SHOP, SELL & DONATE, in NYC. Just Between Friends is a Children’s & Maternity Consginment sales EVENT! bringing together NYC families under one roof at pop up style events throughout the year.

All items brought to our events are inspected for recalls and condition. One thing that is unique about JBF in the city is that shoppers can find all brands and all children’s & junior sizes as well as maternity! Truly a place to shop for the entire family, and for any budget!

We offer a few different consignor options, but none of them involve you staying at the event! Consignors/​Sellers can price and track their items online. Checks are mailed out within 2 weeks of the end of the event and any unsold items can be donated to our partnering charity — Sanctuary for Families.

We specialize in creating a very effective, safe and useful channel of distribution for all things family.

Established in 1997.

The NYC event started just this year, 2015, but NYC has been bringing families together since 1997.

Meet the Business Owner

Shannon A.

Business Owner

Shannon is an opera singer from the Midwest with a Fine Arts and Administrative background. She’s been here about 8 years & grabbed the opportunity to bring JBF here to NYC after experiencing first-​time parenthood here as a transplant!

Her husband, Mauricio, came to NYC 11 years ago from Costa Rica. He is a Molecular Biologist with a robust background in Engineering and Computer Systems, overseeing all things tech. He also is an amazing resource of ingenuity, creative thinking and support with his deep desire to see others be able to start and grow their families while staying in the city!
