I used these guys last year and they were great. Don’t know where all these bad reviews are coming from.
I requested a limo for a friend’s birthday party. We had a ride around town, barhopping. Crown arrived on time, the limo was clean, the driver was super nice.

Traveled for business in early June. I booked through the 800 number and the representative was freindly and professional. I received an email confirmation 2 mins after I hung up. Although my flight was delayed they kept track of my flight and the driver arrived right on time. Dennis was courteous and professional and got me to my destination on time. Upon pick up the driver (Dennis) was 30 mins early and text me to advise he had arrived. Dennis again was professional and got me to airport on time. It was a wonderful experience all around! Give them a chance.

WHY DIDNT I CHECK HERE BEFORE USING NYC CROWN LIMO! They jerked us around all week about the size of the limo then sent the smaller one but charged us for the bigger one. Had no time to exchange the car because they were 45 mins late! Then on the way the non english speaking driver gets into an accident and wants to argue with the other driver of the car HE HIT! It was soo horrible. I really regret not cking on here first, I will always Unilocal first.

The worst. Literally. They told us one price and then refused to drive us anywhere until we agreed to an upgrade, which never happened because after we agreed and then went to Brooklyn to get the new car, we found out it wasn’t actually available. There are plenty of good car and limo services in NYC — do yourself a favor and DO NOT use these people

AVOID AT ALL COST! Terrible customer service doesn’t begin to sum this company up.
This limo service is terrible with even worse customer service. They jerked us around, booking the wrong sized limo (ignoring what we told them in writing on email). Lied about giving us a bigger limo, and then wasted our time for the better part of the day.
The worst part was dealing with their horrible customer service throughout
Oh, and get this, after the whole thing (we never got off on our trip) they tried to charge us anyways!
Truly terrible company — one of the worst I’ve every dealt with.

I would not have even honored this company with any stars, but Unilocal wouldn’t let me complete the review unless I did. Their service was awful. Our fun group trip turned into a nightmare where we dealt with poor service and horrible inconveniences that no one should have to deal with. I would never use them again nor recommend them to any one else.

Will echo JK’s review. This limo service blows.
Unprofessional, would not work with our group. Their incompetence sent us a 12 passenger limo when we specifically requested a 14-​person vehicle. They kept fighting with our group and would not work with us, or say «sorry, our bad, we’ll send over a new vehicle.»
For real, don’t use this company.
