I saw a Dr. Lu at 170 William, ER department. All I can say is, the place is very disorganized, yes they are very busy but if you i could not understand the doctor andi thought he was a nurse because he did not introduce himself.
After having a seizure, he asked me to find telephone numbers for the other departments that i needed to go to and even asked me for their appoint schedule. I think something is wrong with that picture.
Generally the staff are very nice but if you’re doctor does not have his game on, I think it’s a problem.
The only department that was totally amazing, organized and helpful was radiology.
