Wow! Are writing an honest review about how rude the receptionist staff was here on their FB page, they denied that I had an appointment and then reported the accurate and PG review so as to block my FB account! I guess the truth hurts. Here is the real: I called to confirm my appointment and was, literally, screamed at by the male receptionist. I actually had to ask him if he was honestly yelling at me because who does that when it’s your job to answer phone calls? I decided not to go to my appointment because I don’t think it reflects well on any establishment when an employee yells at a customer or, worse, a patient.

I just saw Dr. Chideckel today and I was very impressed with his care and patience and willingness to share a full explanation of the procedures for treating my spider veins. He is a gem. He is both skilled and pleasant. The office receptionist, I apologize for not remembering her name, was delightful and so very efficient. A great experience all told.

Dr. Chideckel is extremely knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me in a patient and kind manner. I am delighted to have found him and to be under his care. i have complete confidence in him.

I bought a Groupon for a consultation and sclerotherapy session with Dr. Chideckel. It seems weird to me that doctors are on Groupon but I’d been wanting to do this for a while and a friend of mine has had good success with sclerotherapy.
The leg veins I went to see Dr. Chideckel about are pretty minor — not visible unless you take a close look. Dr. Chideckel thoroughly injected each and every spot on my legs and sold me a $ 25 compression sock (an unexpected expense but I was led to believe that I would not get a good result without it). Upon leaving, I was prompted to make a follow-​up appointment to check that the veins had disappeared, and was told that I could use my health insurance. I declined because I don’t like using my insurance unless it’s necessary.
It is now 3 months later. I feel I have given the procedure ample time to show any effects. Not a SINGLE vein has lessened in appearance. I can not see a single effect from having this done. I called the office and was told that I could schedule an appointment (i.e. pay) to follow up. I told the receptionist that I was unwilling to pay any more than I already have because it was a complete rip-​off. I left a message with my name and my complaint in the hopes that Dr. Chideckel might be concerned enough to follow up. No one ever called me back.
Steer clear. The only result you’ll get is disappearing dollars from your wallet.
