I started training with Alex Gruezo in July 2010. I was in pretty good shape but I I wanted to be leaner and stronger. In addition, I had a really weak left arm which caused me to have a lack of balance and coordination. We did a body fat analysis and I was at 21%… not too bad for a woman. Fast forward 2 months and I have dropped 8 lbs and my body fat has gone down to 18%. I can do push ups without a problem, lift 20lb weights on each arm, and I am on my way to doing a pull up. And seriously it is all because of Alex. Tell him what your goals are and he will help you achieve them. He wants you to succeed but you have to want it too.
