Nike Running

Great store, great selection, great location and great staff!!! I went in to browse and came out with a pair of sneakers. Awesome place. I love my sneakers. Not as large as Niketown but they have a great array of Nike products. Definitely shopping here again.

Had most of the stuff I wanted. The only problem is the associates there, have this pretentious know it all attitude. They actually know most of their products pretty well but that attitude… not cool. I left without buying a single thing and placed an order online instead.

Stopped in here yesterday to pick up my birthday gift to myself — new sneaks.
Upon entry I met Sebastian who was extremely helpful from the very start. I told him about what I was looking for and he took me on what I like to think was my journey to the perfect sneaker. He helped me narrow it down to two styles, and then brought each style out in two sizes to be sure I found the perfect fit. After I selected the one I wanted, he brought it out in my preferred color (in stock, yay!) and checked me out with this cool little iPhone-​like device — no lines or anything!
This time around I didn’t shop for any clothes but they’ve got a lot of awesome gear there too. The store is clean, bright, and well organized, and the staff is just amazing. They go out of their way to help but put no pressure on you to purchase.
I love my new Nikes and will never shop for them anywhere else :) Thanks Sebastian and the rest of the Nike team!

I went there yesterday looking for some running shoes and I had a great experience! (I almost never write reviews).
The people who work there are just amazing –well prepared, helpful, and super nice. I also appreciated that they didn’t push me into buying anything — although I spent almost a hour there and I tried on a lot of stuff!
I did the Nike+ run analysis on the treadmill and it was fun and interesting. I got some great tips about shoes and learned about all these free activities they have, from weekly group runs in CP to yoga classes. I absolutely recommend this store!

Stopped in to see if they had any tech fleece left. They did and even had my size. Guy who helped me was attentive and found my size in the color I wanted in the back. Very satisfied.

The Nike Flagship store could learn a thing or 2 from them! This store does EVERYTHING right! Have the best service ever. The workers WORK, they greet you, tend to your needs, and are genuinely friendly and concerned! Nile was great at explaining the different shoes to meet my needs and Freddie was great in helping me find different workout gear! They may not have everything the flagship store has merchandise wise but they have the most important thing which is SUPERIOR Customer service!

Hi everyone. I hardly ever write a review on here but I have noticed it has helped me to make my buying decisions.
This store is awesome. I went to this store because my wife suggested it. I had bought sneaker st a third party Nike shop and the sneakers destroyed both my feet and knees. I even had to have knee surgery.
I went to this site and as soon as I walked in I was made to feel special. I had three people call on me. I asked the manager, Storm, a question and I was delighted by the amount of information that this young man have me.
I was introduced to Ken, an amazing young man that asked me a few questions as to where was I going to use the shoes. I told him I run/​walk around the reservoir. Hi showed me a pair of sneakers then another pair. I like them both. One was for stability and the other one was soft stability.
He then told me he’d like for me to take a test on the treadmill. I told him ok. He took out his iPad and ask me a few questions and I was put on the treadmill which takes pictures off how you run and analyses your steps.
By the time I was finished with the treadmill the iPad suggested there pair of sneakers, two off which he had originally suggested. I bought the first pair.
The kind of service and the kindness of the people in this store is amazing. The best part was the price. Thank you, Storm and Ken fur your outstanding service and hospitality.

I went to this store about 1 month ago.
Great service and very helpful staff.
Was looking for good running shorts with the high tech dri-​fit fabric.
The only downside, some of the pants did not come in all sizes. Limited inventory.
I also orders online a pair of shorts, but did not like one of them and went to this store to exchange it. Super quick and easy.
No hassle, easier parking on the streets too!
No crowd either.

I have a special liking to Nike for my own reasons but this new Nike store located on the Upper East Side is cool… Unlike that of the Niketown flagship store, you will not have to deal with the overly populated crowds and madness that comes with shopping there. You can have one on ones with the sales athletes to help you choose your liking of footwear and/​or apparel/​equipment. The selections vary but not as much as the flagship store but if you are looking for something specific and know what you want ahead of time and possibly call in advance I am sure they will be of service especially because they are well organized and not overwhelmed with customers most of the time.
I would say mostly locals of the neighborhood attend here to see about Nike wear but if you are a tourist or just looking for some running footwear/​apparel I am sure you will get something out of this specific Nike store.

This new location of Nike Running Shop opened in November 2013 and features only running products. They have lots of Nike running shoes with a treadmill inside to let you test them out, and then the full range of running gear, from performance shorts and tights to dry wicking base layers and other cold weather gear, workout shirts, and singlets. The space is large and open, in a cool building. There’s a small selection of shoe laces and accessories like hats/​gloves/​arm warmers, as well as a few non-​Nike gear necessities like Body Glide, gels, and foam rollers. There is a very small amount of casual clothes, like t-​shirts, but this is really a very focused run shop.
The store also hosts running groups on Monday and Wednesday night, leaving from this location.
