Worst pedicure I’ve gotten in NYC and very overpriced. definitely don’t waste your time or money

Don’t bother. Slow. Bad job. Wouldn’t listen when I asked for my nails to be cut shorter. Could care less about anything. Then my friend said she got an infection from there. With so many places, just go elsewhere.

worst. place. ever.
wow. i am actually shocked by not only how awful the experience was, but that they remain in business. i realize there are far larger issues in the world with which to deal, but an afternoon of pampering gone south can leave a bad taste in one’s mouth.
i will not be visiting this nail «salon» again and here are a few reasons why (in no particular order):
1. not once did i see any one sanitize a thing.
2. there was a very limited selection of nail polish
3. overpriced (especially after the disaster of a mani-​pedi i recieved)
4. unskilled technicians (i had to have my toe nail polish done twice because it was so bad.)
5. i left stressed and in such a bad mood!
do yourselves a favor and scratch this place from your list. there are other places in the neighborhood… go somewhere else!!!

Can we give no stars???

DO NOT GO HERE! OVER PRICED! POOR JOB! A BLIND 5 YR OLD WOULD DO A BETTER JOB!
Long Story:
Ok. So now that I am done crying and yes I literally cried after leaving this place. The girl who did my nails… well it must have been her first time ever! She had no idea how to file and my once nice square shape ended up in mess. I’m not talking slightly but all over the place. After i paid 13 (that’s right 13) for a manicure I had to ask her to go back and file them again so they could look somewhat normal. Maybe it was because she was wearing glasses but I really think she was stupid/​lazy rather than blind! She reminded me several times that tip was cash only. I like to tip after the paint job. So she «painted» my nails or should I say gobbed on polish to my nail, cuticles and finger tips. Then I with my freshly «painted» nails had to pick up my bag to go to the dryer… So usually, at every other nail salon in the world, the person doing your nails picks up your bag, puts it down next to you and then rubs your shoulders for a minute. NOT HERE! NOPE! She started feeding her face right in front of me and then cleaning around me (well at least they clean!) During this I had promised myself, while blinking back tears, that I was not going to tip because this was just a horrible job for the amount of money I paid. But I guess the girl had promised herself she was getting a tip because she stood in front of my chair and the door until my nails were done drying (which they didn’t because there is so much damn polish on them!)

This was probably one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had, and the same can be said for my friend, who got a french manicure. We went in on a Sunday afternoon, and should’ve known better since this place was completely empty. Both of us left with nails that weren’t filed with a clean edge, not shaped well, and had poorly applied polish. And now we both have strong intentions to undo the damage as soon as possible.
Definitely won’t be back.

Worst pedicure ever. I should have known it was a bad idea give that the place was empty. The girl was pretty clueless, barely filed my nails, hardly used any muscle on my cuticles or the bottom of my feet and was about to let me out of the chair without even using topcoat. I should have gotten up and left during the middle. Disaster. I pray I don’t get an infection now.

Getting a polish change here is the equivalent to watching a five year old trying to stay in the lines while coloring. At one point I wanted to grab the polish out of her hands and do it myself. I am not sure the poor women could even see what body part of mine she was painting. If I was feeling frisky i would’ve stuck an elbow out to see if she would continue painting. There was more polish on my hands than on my nails (little bit of an exaggeration but you get the point).

I had a ok, not best experience here at this salon. Owners are Koreans. They used luke warm water for my manicure. $ 13.00. They used this rock like/​chalk cuticle pusher for my nails. It hurt so much.
The paint job was okay. I don’t recommend people to come to this place.

One of the worst mani/​pedis I’ve ever received. I got an infection from the pedicure and I had to take the nail polish on my fingers off when I got home because it was so thick. Very expensive for what it was, too. Skip!

I’m pretty lukewarm about this place. It was cheap, but she ladled on the nail polish so very thickly that even after sitting under that fan thing for ages and being careful I still managed to scrape some of it off accidentally.
But perhaps that’s just me being clumsy. Probably shan’t go back though.

Pretty basic and cheap when it comes to a nail salon. It’s summer, so I gotta keep the toes lookin’ good — seriously guys, if you’re going to be running around in flip-​flops all summer, have the decency to get a pedicure once in a while. And if I could ever stop biting my nails, I’d get manicures here too. It’s around the corner from my apartment and does the trick. Cheap, fast, clean enough. No complaints, but in no way outstanding.
