The firm was founded by John Nastasi upon the belief that the cost of legal services had begun to exceed clients’ willingness to pay and that an opportunity existed to provide high quality legal services at a lower cost to clients. By assembling a team of sophisticated commercial real estate attorneys with big law firm training and by focusing on reducing overhead and maximizing efficiency through technology and innovation, Nastasi Law Group provides expertise and sophistication to clients looking to reduce their legal costs.

Business Owner

A New York commercial real estate attorney, John Nastasi is the founding principal of Nastasi Law Group, P.C. Mr. Nastasi’s areas of practice include commercial real estate transactions, restructuring and workouts.

While at the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, Mr. Nastasi represented many of the major players in New York real estate, including Tishman Speyer, Macklowe Properties, RFR Realty, Vornado Realty Trust and Forest City Ratner.

After Fried Frank, Mr. Nastasi served as in-​house counsel for the real estate group of the Lehman Brothers estate, where he restructured over 3 billion dollars in real estate debt and equity investments.
