A relatively small selection, but on par with most wine stores in Manhattan. The guy working there was very friendly and very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new wine I’d never had before. Also did not get carded, which makes me feel like I’m getting older and that it’s probably time for a shave.

Then again, I say this every time I walk into a store in Manhattan.

I zipped right in when I saw they had a free wine tasting. I was a bit disappointed at the minimal amount of wine we got — seriously, it was tiny. The guy working there was knowledgeable and explained that the tasting wines come from small vineyards that only make less than 2,000 cases a year. (They had a great Napa Sauvignon Blanc that I still think about.)
Otherwise, the store isn’t particularly inviting, to be honest. There are high shelves on either side of this narrow store and a glowing refrigerated section in the back. I didn’t really feel like venturing deeper into the store after the small wine tasting.

I want to like this place. It’s a wine shop, what is not to like?
1) Selection is lacking.
2) Every time I go in they never have the type of wine that I want.

I may be young, but I know wines. Don’t give me BS.
Looks like they have good specials sometimes. My wine stock is running low, so might be time to try again if the price is right. Perhaps up the stars…

I’ve been here a few times and have always had a positive experience. the gentleman who works there is always helpful when asking for recommendations and I’ve never been disappointed with any of them. if you’re in the need for some wine or liquor, this place can be a good choice.

Tiny wine shop on Third Avenue. Selection is sub-​par; they need to step up their collection of basic wines, but they will deliver to your apartment extremely quickly, so if you have people over and run dry, give them a quick call. Even if you don’t know what you want they can give you a recommendation over the phone.
