MPP Global specialises in the media and entertainment industries having provided the eCommerce technology for Sky’s Player and previously Sky Songs as well as the hotly debated paywall for The Times online site. In 2011 MPP was also developing a payment module with Vision+Media for YouView and was selected as the payment provider for woomi across Samsung connected TVs across Europe. Philips also announced in 2011 that MPP would be providing the payment engine behind its second generation smart TVs around the world. In 2011 MPP also announced a partnership with Belgium-based interactive TV developer Zappware. In 2012 MPP implemented a payment gateway for IPC Media-owned Nuts website.
