I think Dr Moskowitz is terrible. My son went in to get braces, and came out with a dead from tooth. I asked for x rays and he said they did not take a series before they started. he constantly reminded me before we started how he has 30 years of experience, and when i questioned how my son had a dead tooth after his work (he does not do work, rather it is a factory of other dentist) he got very defensive and again told me how much experience he had.
I would NEVERT recommend Moskowitz to anyone.

I had a consultation here a number of years ago. The doctor was very informative with what his treatment plan entailed, however, he conveniently never mentioned anything regarding pricing. He only asked if I would like to go ahead and get the X-​Rays and impressions done. Normally, at dental or orthodontic offices, they will go over with you how much procedures will cost BEFORE getting them done. Granted, I was young and inexperienced, and should have asked, but since I had been referred, I mistakenly thought I would be taken care of, not taken advantage of. Moreover, the cost of those scans and impressions was nearly three times what you would pay at other places.

Dr. Moskowitz is a amazing Orthodontist with years of experience under his belt. He did my braces and all of my cousins as well. He is worth every penny in my opinion. He has two convenient locations, one uptown and one downtown. His staff is personable and gentle too.
