I ordered through seamless at 12:07 with the delivery estimate being 30 – 45 minutes. It’s now a hour and a half later, and I recently received a call from the delivery man. Although polite, he informed me my delivery will be an additional 10 minutes late. Why don’t you guys switch the delivery estimate time then as I have meetings to attend to and don’t have all day to wait on food to arrive. I even am understanding of an hour wait, but are you kidding? A HOURAND30MINSANDYOUAREGOINGTOBELATEEVENFURTHERFORONEMEASLYBURRITOBOWL? After 1 hour and 43 minutes, my food was finally deliver. I want to mention that my office is directly across the street. The top was opened with half the food spilled out. They also forgot to give me hot sauce which I requested. I called back and then the manager offered to have my food redelivered within 15 minutes. I agreed. The food came and I received toppings that I didn’t ask for and don’t like. They clearly employ the dumbest people ever that can’t even get an electronic order correctly that they can reference back to. I will never ever order from here again and the food is disgusting. You will be more satisfied with Chipotle.

Customer service was dreadful, staff had absolutely no business etiquette what so ever and the food was God awful either that or the workers horrible disposition ruined my meal, I sat and ate three bites, and couldn’t stay there they upset my mood, and this was the first time trying Moe’s, I think it’s going to be my last as well, your first impression is out the door , However I did manage to enjoy the peach vanilla drink if they see my money again it will only be for one of them., sorry but I will not tolerate being disrespected

2 beef tacos(grass fed beef, no hormones — sirloin) and a soda for under $ 10. Fast and clean. Exactly what I wanted.

I can never get enough of Moe’s! Just the sight of it lifts my spirits! The people there are really nice, and the food is delicious! This location is definitely my favorite, second only to the locations in Charleston, SC where I first fell in love with Moe’s. Seeing this place that reminds me so much of home makes the city feel less lonely and really brings me back to summers in the south when I’d eat a burrito a day.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Restaurant was very clean. Servers very friendly. Had taco done to order. Chicken was cubed not shredded. The tacos were pretty large. Free chips and choice of four fresh salsas. Like the new coke self service machines. Good meal def will return.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a Moe’s. First quesidilla they made, the rice was hard as a rock. They kindly agreed to make another. 4 ingredients were asked for: green peppers, beans, cheese, rice. And they didn’t put rice… wow. And it tasted so bad, too. Sigh — never again.

I was here on Thursday afternoon around 1 pm looking for lunch. I ordered their homewrecker junior burrito with chicken. It had rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream. Even though it was the junior size it was still a very good size. It comes with free corn tortilla chips. I love their salsa/fix-ins bar. i grabbed 3 of their salsas. The chicken in the burrito was shredded so it was moist, tender and complex in flavor. All the flavors in the burrito complemented each other well. The service was quick and professional.

I like it. Probably not as «organic» as chipotle but the portions are big and they give free chips! Also lots of sauce to choose from. Price is cheaper as well!

I have eaten at Moes on Long Island and elsewhere and this by far is the best one! It is spacious, bright and very clean. Big flat-screen TVs are hanging from the ceilings usually tuned into ESPN while high-energy feel good tunes are pumping from the sound system. I’ve had the privilege to meet Jorge the General Manager who is an incredible guy. The first time I met him he didn’t know me from a fly on the wall and he gave my friend and I Moes bucks which we were able to use towards our next meals. Since that time, no matter how busy the restaurant is, Jorge always makes it a point to walk over to our table to say hi! The rest of the staff is very well trained. Everyone is upbeat, high energy and super friendly, which to me makes all the difference! As for the food, far better than Chipotle. My biggest complaint about Chipotle is that they skimp on the food. At Moes if you want more beans, they give you more beans, want more rice? No problem! Also chips and salsa are free and unlimited, unlike Chipotle who sticks you for another few dollars. And guess what you salsa aficionados? They have a salsa bar with a variety to pick and choose from! They also have one of those cool new touch screen Coke machines! Food is flavorful(better than Chipotle in this reviewers opinion) and you always feel satisfied after eating it. In all I have to give this Moes location a Perfect 5 star review, nice job!

Came here for lunch. This isn’t much different than going to Chipotle. Food is similar and lines move just as fast. I had the Band camp burrito bowls. This is served with seasoned rice, beans, shredded cheeseC pico de gallo and handmade guacamole. Also served with nachos. I have no complaints about this place. Would recommend to anyone who likes chipotle.

I know — it’s a chain and yada yada yada. But this Moe’s is still the bomb. SO much better than having to venture into the bowels of Penn Station to get your quest fix. It’s always clean, they’re always friendly, and the seating is absurdly comfy for a fast food joint. Plus it’s close enough to Bryant Park to picnic-it if you’re so inclined. And free chips and salsa, for the win!

The only legitimate reason why I even bother to come here is for its«Moe Monday» deals which features any burrito bowl or burrito for $ 6(with tax that comes out to $ 6.53). Otherwise I wouldn’t even bother stepping foot into this place. I mean, don’t get me wrong. It’s a great deal considering the amount of food you get. I like to get my monies worth and overload on all the toppings(including guac) and all the different types of sauce they offer. But in my opinion, I think the food is rather tasteless and bland for the most part. It’s not THE best, but it’s what $ 6 can get you in Midtown Manhattan for lunch. As for the service itself, I’ve never experienced any problems while dining here. Aside from the occasional employees goofing around in the back, I think the service is here isn’t bad. There’s also plenty of seating and several televisions laid out throughout the establishment featuring sporting events and the news. The establishment is also generally kept clean. Another thing I like about Moe’s is that they provide chips with every order. So that’s a plus. There’s also a variety of dips you can choose from next to the soda machine. I just don’t think that most«spiciest» dip there should be even considered spicy. It’s mild at best.

My ranking of burrito chains in the city goes like this: 1) Dos Toros 2) Chipotle 3) Tres Carnes 4) Moe’s Really the only time worth going to Moe’s over the others is if it’s Monday and you’re starving, since you can take advantage of their Moe Mondays and get chips and salsa with your burrito as well. The difference in taste and quality is discernible from the first bite. I have heard good things about Moe’s queso though and might come back for that if the craving hits.

My gf had to pee really, really, really, really bad. Very few bathrooms in the area, as we learned the hard way, but the girl at Pret said Moe’s might have one. We rushed over and the girl behind the counter said the bathroom was for customers only!!! OK, great I say, I will buy anything, for the love Christ, JUSTPLEASELETHERUSEYOURJOHN! Since fortune had smiled on us and her bladder, we were forced to buy something at this unfamiliar tex-mex place. I asked the young woman what is good and she said the chicken was popular and offered to let me try it. I love places that let you try menu items before ordering. The chicken was pretty good and the people behind the counter could not have been nicer! Rosa, the young lady that helped us, was an absolute delight. Then the dude next to her also suggested that we get the chicken because a new batch was just coming out. How considerate of you to say so my good man!(I hate it when you go to Chipotle and get chicken and then right after you order they dump a bucket of fresh cooked chicken into the container!) In an idea world, there should be some sort of warning when fresh meat is on the way! The burrito we ordered was very good and the price was right. The frosting on the cake was the free chips that came with the meal(chips were not too salty and very tasty). They say sometimes it has to get very dark before you can see the stars. Sure my gf almost peed herself, but we ended up having a romantic date night and sampling some delicious tex-mex at Moe’s!

I’ve been eager to give this location a shot since I used to go to the one in Penn Station every so often. Here they have any burrito for $ 6 on Mondays which is a great deal. Unfortunately service is rushed along as if they run of an ingredient they’ll pretend they didn’t hear you and just move your foil along the pass. In my case it was mushrooms — the burrito very much needed it as they are trained to give you as little meat as possible and over stuff it with rice and beans. As I attempt to ask for this and that, the last assembler kept trying to wrap my burrito up as quickly as possible. As for the quality, it was definitely lacking. The pulled pork was more like liquefied pork reheated many times over during the weekend(which might explain $ 6 Mondays). Sure I’m full — with all that rice and beans, how can you not. Sadly the best thing was the chips(mostly crumbs at the bottom of the bag) and salsa.

We enjoyed the food here. It is kind of like fast food quality Mexican food. Everything was very fresh, and tasted good. We ordered a vegetarian burrito, chicken tacos, and a cheese quesadilla. They give you free chips and there’s a salsa bar so you can load up on different salsas. The free chips did not taste fresh though, they were stale. Overall though the food was good. I was bummed that they don’t have refried beans. They only had pinto and black beans. The guacamole was really good!!!

Get your Moe’s burritos or burrito bowls for $ 6 on Mondays! Haha. I had their steak burrito bowl which includes guac(but no tortilla on the side-I’m differentiating from Chipotle). It was an alright bowl with mostly rice I felt. I did like how they gave you chips and there’s about 5 different salsas you can gather from the salsa bar by the drinks, though!

This is basically a cheaper and tastier Chipotle. It also gives you free chips and salsa. If you are hungry and on a budget, you can’t go wrong with this place.
